The staffs are very good. The hotel is quiet. I went with my family or friends and it was like closing the hotel. Very private. The room was good and clean. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner was cool. The swimming pool was suitable for everyone in the family. The fitness room was a good size but there were too few exercise machines. The breakfast was delicious.

We lived in the villa for 1 week. villa with 3 bedrooms and a living room. Large pool, warm water. All equipment is in the kitchen. Good refrigerator, lots of dishes, barbecue. we had a great time. The administrator of the villa is friendly, speaks very good English, and greeted us very well upon arrival. The villa was cleaned and linen changed every day. They also give coffee capsules and water every day. We recommend.

Traveling with my bestie, it was the perfect pace for a relaxing getaway. However, the room cleaning could be more thorough; even with a tip, it wasn't particularly spotless. On the other hand, the pool cleaning service was excellent. The hotel's privacy and soundproofing were great, and all the facilities and services were perfect. I'd definitely consider revisiting this hotel on my next trip to Pattaya.

There are toys for children to play. The pool has a large rubber ring. The atmosphere is good.

Our stay at Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach was absolutely fantastic! The hotel environment exudes a tropical resort vibe, with a century-old tree preserved in the center of the grounds, surrounded by lush greenery – it's incredibly pleasant to stroll around. What I loved most were the three uniquely styled swimming pools, each with its own charm, providing endless fun for both adults and children. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can enjoy ocean views and sunsets just a few steps away, making for a truly relaxing getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was both abundant and delicious. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel well-cared for from check-in to check-out. It’s perfect for families with children, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pattaya – highly recommended! 🌴🏖️💙

The location is wonderful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Shops are just across the street, and the beach is just steps away. The view is beautiful. Check-in and check-out were easy. We used a Grab taxi to get to the sights, and you can also walk along the beach.

This property is suiteable for single traveler or group friends not suitable for family traveling with baby (There are a lot of bugs) before make a booking please read information before confirm the booking

The facility is ok but the bed Lenin is not clean and tidy. The room and location is amazing but the room amenity as kitchen tissue or bed room tissue and towel available only bath towel but the face towel supply after request. The bed in living room no blanket. If owner check for the clean bed linin and tidy up for the bed sheet cover .it will be the great place to stay.

- the location was good with many parking space. - the room was terrible. too little space. no place to put luggage. - no wardrobe. - no slipper. - air condition was very old with a small light, which made you unable to sleep. - towels were very old. - blankets were not clean with brown spots on them. - a lot of ants. - a good thing was that there was hot water.
