The staffs are very good. The hotel is quiet. I went with my family or friends and it was like closing the hotel. Very private. The room was good and clean. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner was cool. The swimming pool was suitable for everyone in the family. The fitness room was a good size but there were too few exercise machines. The breakfast was delicious.

I went to Pattaya specifically for this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The front desk staff were warm and incredibly patient, and all the other employees were excellent too – truly a five-star experience. Initially, I was given a room type I wasn't thrilled with, but after speaking with the front desk, they promptly switched it for me. The views are also stunning, making it a perfect spot for photos – definitely worth the trip. I even loved the hotel's bathrobes so much that I bought one!

We lived in the villa for 1 week. villa with 3 bedrooms and a living room. Large pool, warm water. All equipment is in the kitchen. Good refrigerator, lots of dishes, barbecue. we had a great time. The administrator of the villa is friendly, speaks very good English, and greeted us very well upon arrival. The villa was cleaned and linen changed every day. They also give coffee capsules and water every day. We recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, with a lush, natural ambiance, making it feel like a private resort surrounded by abundant greenery. I felt relaxed from the moment I stepped in. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with the distinctive Andaz style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive to details, making me feel very well taken care of. There are several beautiful pool zones, suitable for couples, families, and children alike. While the beach isn't as clear for swimming as an island beach, it's tranquil and perfect for a leisurely stroll to watch the sunset. Breakfast offered a great variety, high quality, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection of both Thai and international dishes. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

I booked this hotel for my last day in Pattaya, hoping to just relax, and it totally exceeded my expectations. It's like a secluded paradise, quiet and hidden away, perfect for doing absolutely nothing but staring at the sea and lounging around. The hotel restaurant's food was also quite good and reasonably priced. For this season, the price was perfect! It's a shame I only booked one night; I'd love to come back and enjoy it again next time.😋 I especially want to commend the staff. I carelessly left my passport at the previous hotel, and they immediately helped me contact them and resolved the issue quickly, calming my worries. Although it was a small incident, the hotel's service-mindedness really impressed me!

There are toys for children to play. The pool has a large rubber ring. The atmosphere is good.

- the location was good with many parking space. - the room was terrible. too little space. no place to put luggage. - no wardrobe. - no slipper. - air condition was very old with a small light, which made you unable to sleep. - towels were very old. - blankets were not clean with brown spots on them. - a lot of ants. - a good thing was that there was hot water.

The room was quite clean and the location was excellent, not far from the pier where we went diving, about a 15-minute drive. However, the downside was that the bed and pillows were quite hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, almost impossible to take a shower.
