It's a hotel with music/jazz theme and its Baldwin piano at the lobby is available for enthusiasts to play although the piano is due for tuning. The hotel is located across the road to Lotus's where one can buy necessities. We had a comfortable stay in the room and we find the staff helpful. The food varieties at breakfast are rather limited and we hope that the hotel could improve in future.

Advantages: The hotel is in the island plaza mall, there is a supermarket downstairs, and the mall also has a restaurant, which is quite convenient. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor of the hotel and the environment is also good. The hotel is a family hotel, you can cook your own food. Disadvantages: The hotel guidelines are not clear enough. In a big shopping mall, I don't know where the check-in desk is. In addition, it is an apartment hotel, which is not cleaned every day and the bath towels are not enough to change. In addition, it’s a bit far from the attractions, but it’s still more convenient to travel by Grab.

NNurlinaMZWe loved this house very much! Rarely find this kind of BNB actually especially during last minute booking. It was a great option especially for family with kids. What we loved about this house: 1) Great setup of bedrooms with playground and variety of toys. 2) Got 4 queen beds and comfortable pillows. Cozy bedrooms. 3) Equipped with electrical items (hairdryer, iron + iron board, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc.) 4) Huge tv projector and cozy sofa. 5) Bathrooms with toothbrush sets, tissues. 6) Very nice view especially at night. 7) Convenient parking, very helpful and attentive staff & security. 8) Easy check in and early check out. 9) Housekeeping is available upon request. 10) Food servings option is also available. Some improvement suggestions: 1) Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned (toilet bowl, corner of the wall). 2) Limited lifts per floor. Only 3 lifts for 41 floors. But still manageable to get lift on time. 3) May be better if can install wall fan in the bedrooms (to dry out the damp floor). 4) Also, much better if the unit has a washing machine option. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Once in a lifetime for having great BNB like this. Very recommended!

IIvan SavlukThe location is great. Especially if you are by car. The beach is 10-15 minutes away, and the center of Georgetown is also a short drive away. The apartment itself is not bad. The view is simply gorgeous. Cons - not a single room cleaning for 10 days (you can order it for an extra fee). There are no towels - we bought our own at the neighboring mr.diy. The ones they give out have stains and look more like car wash rags)) We saw a cockroach once. I read about the problem with the elevators, but in my opinion it is not critical. We never waited longer than 5 minutes.
