Hyatt teluk cenpedak is always our go to place. Close to everything. On our arrival, front desk had been so accommodating assigning us the best room available at the time for family with little kids. Breakfast buffet was good. However room cleaning service was below satisfactory. They didnt replenish box of tissue and toiletteries and didnt change towel. They could better cleaninv up the room. Other than that They can improve on allow access on netflix access on their smart tv

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming.
Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options.
However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes.
For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

Excellent
GGuest UserSangat recomended. Kedai mkn pun byk area situ. Kalau malam minggu boleh berjalan je ada pasar walk kat sana. Breakfast pon sedap, banyak pilihan. Servis pun okay, cuma kena hati2 tingkap bukan jenis lock mati. Kalau ada anak kecil kena selalu perhati. Tenkiuu🥰
ZZaidah SitiStaying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.
Kkelapa44Good points - Clean room. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfy. Bedsheets was nice and clean. Bath towels were clean and fluffy. Plenty of lifts. Shower was hot. Breakfast buffet was expected for the price paid. Bad points - Room was small. Had a full length window facing another block of rooms. Unable to open the glass window. Aircon was not cold - woke up a few times feeling hot. Unable to control the aircon. Bath mat was not provided. Carpet in the corridor outside looks like it has not been vacuumed for months. Keycard was a bit difficult to work - had to keep swiping it to open the door.
Eesquire838I was assigned a room at 4th floor. Since its at lower level of its 15 storey, I requested a room facing not facing the noisy main street. Good choice: view of a football filed, a mosque and part of the city. The room: The Hotel management probably believe that 1980s heyday decor is a selling point. Save for the flat screen telly, the rest still preserves its 80s setting: louvred wardrobe, bedside cabinet central console with rocker switches, blanket on top of sheets (not quilt), tiled (not marbled) bathroom floor, queen (not king) bed. They try to keep the cleanliness but the permanent stains on chairs, moulds around aircond vent, peeling furniture paint, mildew on bathroom wall are beyond the housekeeping department’s routine; the whole place needs serious makeover.
TTSHThe hotel was surrounded by lots of restaurants. A shopping mall was behind the hotel. It's very convenient. It was a good location to stay. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just one thing is the soundproof is bad. Someone was making noise at midnight without consideration of others.
AAbu ThariqWe spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space
AAnonymous UserNice place a little bit old but comfortable ! can checkin late! prices are affordable. located at bandar kuantan which attractive places are nearby and easy to fine.
