The room should have been renovated. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The service staff took the initiative to ask for help. There was also hot spring water in the room. There was a distance from the accommodation to the hot spring entrance, but you could change into your swimsuit first and then enter through the back door.

Just steps from a shopping mall, the Taishan Gaoye Hotel (Taishan Gaoye Jiudian) is a five-minute drive from the Taishan bus terminal and a 30-minute drive from major Taishan tourist attractions. From this Taishan hotel, guests look out over Tongji river in rooms equipped with bathtubs, mini bars, in-room safes and central A/C. This hotel features rooms overlooking the Taijiang River as well as multiple function rooms and private luxurious dining rooms available for reservation. In their free time guests are encouraged to take advantage of the many activities provided such as billiards, tennis, fitness center, basketball courts or karaoke rooms, in addition of course to the lobby bar or coffee shop where Wi-Fi is provided. The front desk is more than helpful in assisting you with use of international credit cards, reserving handicap friendly rooms, booking travel tickets and providing free newspapers.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gaoye. Was clean, nicely furnished, and big. I actually like the classic wooden furnishing. Stayed on a non smoking floor so that could be why it was nicer. Saw this in another review and it is true. They deliver fruits to your room. I will be back!

RrudolfhkEaster trip with the family, stayed here after Kaiping rural historical villages and diaolou exploration. For some city time. Clean neat new hotel. Good Non smoking rooms.
Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

無無止休付The hotel entrance is at the corner of the shopping mall, and Yongdong Station is opposite the hotel. It is a top-notch business hotel in Taishan. It is newly opened and everything is very new. The front desk said that the room was upgraded... maybe it was a free towel bear, drip coffee and fruit plate... It has absolutely nothing to do with the scenery. However, as I saw in the previous review, the bathroom did not drain, but the staff quickly resolved it; the takeaway was delivered to the room by a robot.
Third floor: The equipment in the hotel gym is normal, and the view outside the window is open; the washing machine and dryer can be used for free after taking the room card; the breakfast variety is normal for a business hotel, and the quality is good, and the service staff is very good 👍🏻
The window of the room this time faces another house, facing the view of drying underwear, there is no view at all, all with gauze curtains...

GGuest UserWe booked a 2 bedroom unit, very spacious bedrooms with lots of light, wardrobe, drawers etc. Balcony good for drying clothes, hanger provided. Bathroom small with poor lighting. Kitchen includes large fridge and plenty of bench space but no equipment except a kettle and cups. No cutlery or plates or bowls. Power system - lighting, air con etc - difficult to navigate. Breakfast buffet limited options. Staff friendly and attentive and speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Toishanese. Hotel is well-located, a few minutes walk to shopping mall with eateries and an excellent supermarket. Great location for exploring the Taishan rural area. We would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and tidy, it is very good in this place, we arranged for us not facing the street, not so noisy, the people in this place love to be lively, the supermarket opened in the morning and began to dance lions.
In the morning, there is a breakfast on the opposite side of the street. It is a certain distance from the first yellow rice in Taishan and convenient parking.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.

TTam coupleLocation excellent. Convenient and quiet. The reception is very friendly and proactive. Like the room design; lots of benchtop space. The buffet breakfast offers quite a bit of varieties of food . Ladies there are friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

It's a pity that there is really nothing to see or do in this resort, so there is no need to go out of your way! ! ! In the near future, we can add more places to see and play~

YYOGI BHATTExcellent hotel in Taishan town in Guangdong province. Brand New hotel apartment. Equipped with a brand new front load washing machine. Stayed on the 19th floor roadside room. The outside city view was really amazing.
The room had 3+2 sofas available. It was very convenient. Gave a feel like a suite room. A mini double door refrigerator was also available.
The shower faucet was leaking. So it was a minus.
Everything else was great.
Highly recommended for solo travellers, business travellers and with family.
I will definitely love to stay here again.
