GGuest User一進到民宿就感覺到了滿滿的心意，更讓我們一家的親子旅行變得更加完美！！！因為有兩個寶寶，所以很多用品都需要雙份，老闆都不厭其煩的按需提供，房間的洗漱用品，小零食，都能看出，是老闆精心挑選的品牌，感覺不像在外邊住，像是回到了家，超級超級贊！床圍欄，寶寶餐椅，嬰幼兒小零食，玩具，積木，整體的色調，孩子一進到房間裏，就玩起來了，非常開心，房間的軟裝傢俱，夜市經過特意的挑選，沒有尖角，圓形的茶几，孩子特別願意爬上去玩，還有很多要誇的，誇不過來啦，哈哈，反正，下次一定還會帶娃去的，老闆生意興隆！！！已經期待下次入住了！（對了，給成人準備的零食和飲品也超級贊！）

GGuest UserLocation and Transportation: Located opposite the South Gate 1 of Phase 10, there's nothing to do in the park, but right in front of the main gate, you can go shopping and order takeout. Shuttle buses run to the main park and Phase 9, too.
Service: Our housekeeper, Saria, was exceptionally helpful. We added her on WeChat the day beforehand and helped us choose a room facing the pool, which had a stunning view. We were greeted with welcome fruit, and the mini bar offered free drinks and snacks. Our housekeeper was incredibly responsive on WeChat, replying almost instantly, no matter the time.
Room Facilities: The room was very new, with a strong design sense, reflecting the current trend for light luxury. The predominantly gray palette creates a simple yet effortlessly elegant feel. The materials used are excellent, with many design details. The room layout was well-organized, with each twin bed facing the window against the wall, and a raised tatami mat underneath, separating the sleeping area from the rest of the room. The room was very comfortable, with the only difference being the bedroom and living room. The charging station was located next to the twin beds, a very well-designed and comfortable space. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a dressing room in the middle, but the sink is outside. Overall, aside from the lack of a bathtub, everything else about the hotel meets five-star standards.
Swimming Pool: The pool is quite small, due to testing the infinity edge, making for stunning photos.
Value for money: While the value for money in Anaya isn't particularly impressive this season, this hotel offers excellent value compared to other hotels in the park. The hotel is new, and the facilities are slightly higher-end than other hotels. However, the location is a bit remote, making it convenient to get around, requiring a car to reach the park. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value within Anaya.

GGuest UserA very perfect holiday experience. I came here in a rainstorm and felt the hotel's service enthusiasm. The facilities and services are perfect. The room service is very meticulous. Knowing that I was with a child, they would specially replenish baby supplies. The WeChat butler was also always available and never said no. The second visit in 2024 will not disappoint you. There are also various innovative and meticulous services. As long as you come to Aranya, you will definitely come to this hotel again.

SSkariThe feeling of Lancang Hotel is definitely worth it, because I thought it was not in the main scenic spot of Anaya, and the experience would not be discounted due to the adverse traffic. But the hotel butler docked online early, warm and thoughtful, meticulous, completely excluded all our concerns. From check in to check out, almost 24 hours seamless docking, as much as possible for customers to consider, provide super quality service. Here, we especially want to praise Truman, help us check and introduce on the map and timetable when we check in, and patiently accompany us online during the whole check-in process, which makes us very at ease.
If you come to Anaya next time, Lancang is the first choice, because there is a caring butler, happy connection, warm reception desk, careful room service, the gift of David Hockney exhibition and the convenience of the ”sea canteen”, which is even more icing on the cake!

SsismomoPersonally feel that the location of Phase 7 is a quiet location in Anaya Linhai, I like it better. The overall facilities of the hotel are also very new, and the decoration and soft decoration style are more stylish and comfortable. Staying during the National Day holiday, although the holiday price is double, the check-out link hotel intimately sent a fruit gift box to take away.
The hotel has several brighter service memory points: 1. WeChat butler service and second reply, more convenient and quick than the room phone. 2. The hotel minibar has a snack coffee machine, and the tea set is also very clean, and it is very comfortable for one second. 3. The hotel's slippers were planted directly, and two more pairs were taken away on the road. I plan to buy the same model from Taobao.
In addition, there are several suggestions that can be more perfect: 1. There is no TV in the room, and it feels missing a lot. 2. Is the restaurant on the first floor self-operated or cooperative? If it is a part of the hotel's characteristics, it is recommended to include a beautiful menu introduction in the room. 3, the room does not have dirty bags, you can choose the equipment.

3300038****A colleague went there when it opened and said it was good, so I quickly booked a trip.
We went there on Friday and Sunday. Six adults and two babies over one and two years old stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor with a courtyard. The basic facilities were complete, very comfortable and clean. It's just that the super large yard is a bit wasteful. It would be better if there were more basic leisure and entertainment facilities in the yard.
The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the center of the town. To go to the beach, you have to walk a short distance past the center of the town, but as a resort park, this walking distance is within an acceptable range.
There are restaurants, coffee, bread, and supermarkets in the park, and basic needs can be met. Moreover, there are not many people there not long after it opened, so it is currently in a very comfortable state.
Special thanks to Wei Xiaoguai, the housekeeper of the apartment, for contacting us in advance, checking in, answering all questions and responding to requests. He was very friendly and received great service~~
The family is very satisfied. My husband said that he hopes to come here often when he has time. He also hopes that the park will have more facilities and that the basic living prices will remain affordable.

__M1351520****This is my third time to Anaya. It is a paradise for leisure and vacation. The overall environment of the community is superb. This stay experience is also the best one. The room decoration is basically brand new, the housekeeper service is first-class, and the landlord also sent a box of fruit attentively. I will bring my family here next time if I have the chance.
