GGuest UserWe changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

Breakfast is still a single meal, unselective, and wastes some food you don’t like; contact the hotel before going to report the itinerary, and the feedback is very fast , but after arriving at the hotel, the hotel front desk service awareness was not strong, and I was a bit disappointed. It should be that the training time was short, the room problems were reflected, and the solutions were not ideal; the facilities in the room were relatively new, and the hygiene was slightly lacking. There were water stains on the table and on the floor. There are obvious hairs and water leakage from the edges of the shower room; overall, the service needs to be improved. Room hygiene is the basics. I hope more attention can be paid.

GGuest UserTemporarily decided to go to Oulebao to play by car. As a result, there were no rooms in the hotels near Oulebao. I started to set the Qihel Building. I went to see the environment was too bad. Later, I turned to Xi'an. The room was very spacious and quiet. There was a disposable toilet pad. There were children's toothbrush slippers. There are unlimited free lollipops, biscuits, water at the front desk, very friendly to children. Breakfast has freshly cooked noodles, chaos, freshly ground coffee, soy milk. There are many types.

I had booked a king-size bed room and people had already entered the room. The front desk girl called and said that there was a parent-child room available and could upgrade it for free. She also took me to see two parent-child rooms for me to choose from. It really made me feel the enthusiasm of Shandong people❤! Welcome fruits and water were also specially sent. The room is spacious and bright, and it is very comfortable to live in. In fact, taking children to play is mainly a matter of mood. I will also recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserThe Knights Hotel Forest Chalet room with children in Oulebao, the cabin upstairs and downstairs two small beds can sleep a child, the child likes it very much. After drinking bottled water, you can ask for 3 more bottles, and the drinks and beer in the small refrigerator can also be drunk for free. The breakfast and dinner buffet are also very rich, and the overall experience is very good.

GGuest User房間的整體佈局和環境都很好，但是衞生條件真的是太一般了，衞生間還有尿，浴室下水也不通，地面黏糊糊的。入住之前考慮過民宿的衞生條件不如酒店，但是有尿真的是不能接受。剛入住就把廁所打掃了一遍。真的是太噁心了。
