Facilities: The room facilities are relatively complete, equipped with voice control, electric curtains, fully automatic toilets, etc. (Personally feel that the hotel does not need to be equipped with this). It is also warmly equipped with a tea set set, and there is free hot tea and popsicles in the hotel lobby. The bathroom is really big. It is separated from washing, toilet and bath. It does not interfere with each other. It is visually 8 square meters. The bath water is also very large and the bath is more comfortable. The area of the room is average, but it does not affect rest and use. The corridor is equipped with 2 drum washing machines for self-washing clothes.
Hygienic: The room is well done, no defects are found, no smell, the bedding is very clean, the corridor is clean, and there is air conditioning.
Environment: The overall environment is not bad, the hotel location is easy to find, parking is convenient, there are 4 slow charging interfaces to charge. The parking lot is large and manned.
Service: The front desk clerk and floor attendant of the hotel have a very good service attitude and are very enthusiastic. Any problems can be contacted to solve.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

2. Easy transportation access (take taxi, or take bus at the bus stop 100 yards away from hotel, to either Nanyang East Train Station or Nanyang Airport)
3. Enjoy herb teas, water and snacks in the lobby.
4. Good buffet breakfast where you can taste some local food.
5. Be prepared for room door knocking twice a day: one in afternoon for fruit plate delivery, the other in the evening for a cup of soup.
6. What most appreciated was that I received an additional service and special care: I checked out at a heavy rainy moment, no taxi and couldn’t walk to bus stop. To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service
