I am quite sensitive to smells, and although I had booked a double room, there was a noticeable odor upon entering, so I negotiated with the front desk to change rooms. Overall, the rooms are quite spacious and suitable for business travelers.

My stay was perfect, with efficient and enthusiastic service. The room design was simple, elegant, and very user-friendly, not to mention spotless. The hotel offers laundry service, which is a great convenience for travelers. The shower had stable and strong water pressure, making for a comfortable wash. The bed and pillows were also clean and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing experience.

The location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service

The breakfast staff were particularly attentive and friendly, recommending which dishes were good and what flavors were available, all with smiles and polite greetings. They even gave us a lot of desserts and fruits to take home when we heard we were going to work in a remote area at noon, which we appreciated if we didn't have lunch. Today, it started raining heavily. I hadn't brought an umbrella, but after mentioning it at the front desk, they arranged for someone to hold an umbrella for me and escort me to a taxi at the door – very thoughtful. With such service awareness and actions, I believe this Ji Hotel in Dengzhou will only get better and better. Keep it up!
