The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel service is very good. When we reported to the front desk that there were mosquitoes in the room, the front desk immediately arranged for staff to come to help us find electronic mosquito repellent liquid. After inserting mosquito repellent liquid, there will be no mosquitoes. It would be even better if the public corridors were also set up to turn on air conditioning. Overall, this hotel is good and the stay experience is okay.

I booked a small courtyard with two bedrooms and one living room, with its own hot spring pool. At the foot of Lotus Mountain, the environment is good and the air is very good. What I particularly like about the design of the cabin is that the bed does not smell damp or musty and is very comfortable. It is recommended that the front desk reception capacity be increased during holidays. The facilities are really old, but still OK in all aspects. If the elders think it’s good and the children have fun, then it’s worth it.

Very satisfied, the air is really good, integrated with the surrounding mountains and waters, you can walk and run in the manor. It happened to be the off-season when there were not many people, which would affect the dining. As a result, the dining was very good. For dinner, I ordered a pork knuckle and fried fish fillet with scrambled eggs. The eggs were very tender. It was really enjoyable to soak in the hot springs at night! I practiced Tai Chi in the morning and felt like I had washed my lungs!

BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

There was only one staff member at the reception when checking in, and the waiting time was a bit long.
The air conditioning temperature in the room was too high. I wanted to turn it down a bit, but it was completely useless. I called the front desk and asked them to arrange an engineer to come. In the end, no one came until I went to bed. I could only open the door of the balcony for ventilation. Fortunately, the weather was not hot.

Because it can provide me with a simple, modern, clean and tidy living environment; therefore, when I need to return to this small city again this time, I undoubtedly recalled the name of this international apartment in my mind . During this stay, Bolton International Apartment can overall maintain a clean and tidy living environment. The staff here can still provide attentive service. The only thing I found was that the carpet on the floor in the room was faded and didn't look very clean.
