I was looking forward to the hotel in Chongzuo, and it was really wonderful.
Nami added a text message the day before. When I arrived at the hotel, she introduced the hotel's facilities and activity arrangements. She was warm and friendly. I thanked the hotel staff for taking good care of everything.
As soon as I entered the door, Aunt Huang and others performed a Zhuang ritual reception and welcomed ice powder. The banana forest at the entrance was like entering a secret place.
The design and decoration of the hotel are at a perfect level. Looking back, it will be a beautiful picture. The unique mountains, rivers and tropical vegetation of Guangxi are all integrated just right.
The hotel facilities also pay attention to details. There are reading rooms, infinity pools, and activity rooms. There will be lemongrass water and fruits. There is lemongrass essential oil in the room to prevent mosquitoes, etc. The packaging boxes of toiletries are also various patterns.
I like the restaurant very much. The dishes are very local. There are buffets and orders for breakfast. The best snail noodles are here.

The housekeeper took us to pick bananas, paddleboard, kayak, ride a motorcycle, and ride a mountain bike. The scenery along the way healed the city's oppression of reinforced concrete. Next time you come back, you can take your family to experience the children's fun room, and experience the spa, Huashan motorboat tour, afternoon tea, ATV mountain biking, etc. [Come on]
2. Room: The scenery is very good. I forgot to take pictures of the balcony view. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the curtains and a large landscape ink painting came into view. It started a beautiful day and was refreshing.

HHB ShanghaiThe hotel is very nice and cosy. The staff mostly is awesome and very friendly. Excellent food at the restaurant and every evening there was a small special thing (bread, soup, etc…).
Every evening there was an outdoor fire and cooking in a wood fired oven.
The owner is very friendly and ready to help.
Food and breakfast are excellent. No western food. For breakfast , there is good coffee available. It is possible to get bread and fried eggs on demand if you don’t like Chinese breakfast.
Surroundings are great. You can borrow bikes from the hotel to go around through the rice fields and the mountains. Great place to use a drone if you have one.
It was too cold for us but there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with an outstanding view.
We visited the Detian water falls and the Gulongshan canyon.
To sum up, great place for a family trip or for couples

EE. Ch.Amazing stay at Yunlu. Amazing service from the wonderful staff. Extremely quiet location. Beautiful scenery around. Great breakfast (no buffet). Large rooms with great views. Even a small pool (more for children).
I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service that the staff provided. Joyous staff. Good feelings. Not much English spoken (well basically none as is usual in China based on my experience) but with the help of the various apps and a positive attitude this is practically not a real issue. It can even be fun. Anyway they fulfilled all my requests and more than that (incl. for the breakfast as I suffer from diabetes) and always made sure I was happy and enjoying my stay.
The rooms I had (2 stays) were very large. The air conditioning was very efficient and silent. The views were so enjoyable (yes out there in Mingshi there are better views of course but still). The large bed was very comfortable. Big sofa, tables, chairs ... and a lot of space. Nice bathroom with good shower. A fridge was available and included some ”free” drinks.
I found the location perfect as it is not in the village itself but on the other side of the little river. So it is very quiet. A very short drive to the village and even walking requires no more than 30 minutes.
Restaurants are only available in the village and bike rentals are way cheaper in the village too. I would certainly not recommend the local shop close to the hotel for rentals as the deals proposed are absurd (well prices the owner articulated were simply exorbitant).
I will definitely return to Mingshi as I loved the region and there is so much to discover. I will quite certainly look no further than the Yunlu. Location. Peacefulness. But above all because of the extraordinary customer friendly attitude and the good spirit of the ”team”.

GGuest UserThe suite we booked was a quiet and quiet one. The room was large, clean and tidy. Toiletries for adults and children were provided. There was a bathtub on the terrace. It would be best if there was a folding tea table. The chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable to sit on.
The housekeepers Miss Li and Xiao Zhoujojo provided good service. They took the initiative to arrange everything and actively solved any problems.
The advantage of coming in the off-season is that you can enjoy the project yourself. We made an appointment for the hotel's bamboo raft. The waiter at the helm explained the cultural landscape around the waterway to us. The chat was quite happy and interactive. The boat was specially stopped at the 80-cent stamp shooting location for us to take pictures for a while.
There are several cycling routes in the scenic area. There are very participatory bonfire performances at night, so it won't be boring to stay.

ZZhangbangxianThe hotel is an old star hotel with a large parking lot and charging parking spaces. Although the room is old, it does not lose its star level. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. There are few plugs. If you have many electronic devices, remember to bring a power *****. There are many choices for breakfast, and the location is in the new district close to the Zhuang Museum, but they only open at 10 o'clock. Taiping Ancient City belongs to the old city, with more convenient dining, and the new area is quieter.

AAnonymous UserBecause the trip was booked in a hurry, several online celebrity stores were fully booked. Only this new store still had rooms. It seemed that it was a new store and there was no problem with hygiene, so I booked a room for three days.
When we got far away, we saw the picturesque courtyard with white walls and gray tiles. When we opened the door, we could smell the original scent of wood. The room was very large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and electric curtains. Outside the window, we could see mountains and fields that looked like ink paintings. The room was soundproofed. Very good, the room layout is Zen-like, clean and hygienic. Needless to say, I like the style very much.
Since there were not many places to choose from to eat in the town, we chose to eat in the store. Unexpectedly, it really suited our appetite. The tableware was also exquisite and hygienic, and the rice noodles and siu mai for breakfast were so filling.
The young couple in the store are very enthusiastic, and the waiters and cleaners are also very polite and responsive to all requests. In short, this is a highly recommended store. Not much to say, as the picture above proves.

LLubiandeJasmineIt is a very new B&B, only a five-minute drive from the entrance of Detian Waterfall Scenic Area. It is very convenient to stay here. You don’t have to queue up at the tourist center to wait for the bus. Outside the window is the Guichun River, and you can see Vietnamese houses from the window. The proprietress was very enthusiastic to introduce us how to play at Detian Waterfall, and she could also buy tickets for us. We woke up late in the morning, but the kitchen still made rice noodles for us separately. It was hot and delicious.

LLee Hui TengLove at first sight. The view from our rooms was beautiful. The rooms were tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Modern amenities. The automatic toilet bowl was amazing. I wished I had one at home in Malaysia. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am good with the healthy options and free flow of soy milk. I suggest using the ceramic bowl for the hot soy milk instead of the plastic bowls provided. Do bring your own hot water flask. Hot water dispenser available.We had all our meals in the hotel. The food was delicious. Do try the free range chicken with mushroom soup. Very comforting. Our morning walk in the village was lovely. Plenty of vegetable farms. Mr. Wei, the manager was very attentive and friendly. He offered to ferry us to Detian waterfalls for a fee as there were no taxi or e-hailing. Overall, we had a pleasant and wonderful two day stay. Highly recommended.
PS. Do close the two small windows behind the curtains for better noise insulation.

Zzwf_xcThe hotel is very close to the gate of Detian Waterfall Scenic Area. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with those of restaurants in the city, but they are still good in this scenic area. There is a restaurant next to it for dining. You can drive here by yourself. There is a paid parking lot. Stay for one night and you can go to Detian Waterfall Scenic Area the next morning. The hotel owner can buy tickets for you, but you need to register the night before.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nestled into the Kapok Scenic Area gardens, and the landscaping is as serene as it is stunning. Buying a ticket and catching the tour bus for Detian waterfall required hiking down the mountain, but the hike offered beautiful vistas. My room was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. I was delighted to discover the room had both a small balcony and a wooden bathtub. The concierge was very helpful, and connected me with a personal driver to take me back into Daxin city, who patiently helped me through a Covid-19 testing requirement issue.

GGuest UserThe villa counter staff are prompt in responding to every request. They are very helpful, polite and professional. So is everyone else, including the housekeeping cleaners. The shuttle bus comes readily when called.
Our courtyard room for 3 with a loft on level 2, with balcony facing the pool is new, clean and well-furnished. There are 4 of us and extra blankets and pillows are given readily upon request for the 4th person.
The shower heater in the bathroom works well and water drains well in the bathroom. The air heater works perfectly to keep us warm in the winter cold.
Buffer breakfast has a big variety of very delicious food, including hot noodle soup with meat and vegetables.
The traditional dance at 8pm is a must-watch especially the lighting of fire and mass dance at the finale.
Everyone and everything are excellent and make our stay so pleasant and memorable.
However we still feel that the room rate is too pricey for a rural environment. And there’s no need to have boat tickets daily. One time boat-ride is sufficient.
