Both the facilities and amenities are top-notch. I loved the garden views and the small pool. It's designed like a standalone villa, with just four rooms per floor, and there's an elevator for easy access, ensuring privacy and quiet. The front desk staff are efficient and provide excellent service, even arranging a dedicated shuttle for guests and their luggage. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile that makes you feel right at home. A special mention for the complimentary breakfast – it's a superb buffet with a wide variety of high-quality dishes! My entire stay was delightful! Definitely a five-star experience!"

Stepping into the room, our eyes immediately lit up. The space was open and airy, the wooden floors clean and warm, and the overall decor was simple, elegant, and tastefully colored. The room had twin beds, and the bedding was soft and fluffy, clean, and odor-free. Lying on them was very comfortable, ensuring both adults and children could rest well. The biggest surprise was the abundant family amenities, with the Little Yellow Duck theme creating a fantastic atmosphere. There was a cute children's tent in the corner, full of childlike fun. My child was incredibly excited as soon as they entered the room and had a blast playing in the tent. Soft cartoon mats were laid on the floor, so I didn't have to worry about the child bumping themselves while running around. There were also building block tables and chairs, adorable plush toys, and even the bedding had playful patterns. Every detail was thoughtfully considered for children. The room's hardware facilities were also impeccable. The lighting was soft and not dazzling, the bathroom facilities were new and functional, and the hot water flow was fast and steady. The soundproofing throughout the room was excellent; with the door closed, you could barely hear any noise from the corridor, ensuring a particularly good night's sleep. The room had ample storage space, with a wardrobe and cabinets, allowing travel luggage to be neatly stowed away. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, with meticulous hygiene. Service staff were responsive to calls, prompt in addressing needs, and genuinely warm and appropriate in their demeanor, never feeling perfunctory. Both the hardware facilities and soft services truly reflected the quality expected of a five-star hotel. When traveling with children, the biggest fear is that the hotel might not be well-prepared, but this hotel perfectly catered to both adults and children. It met adults' needs for a comfortable and high-end stay while providing rich and interesting play facilities for children. It's highly recommended for family trips or short getaways. Next time we visit this area, this hotel will be our top choice."

The infinity pool at the mountain top, backed by the surrounding peaks, offers breathtaking views, perfect for stunning photos. Breakfast is a semi-buffet with Vietnamese pho, and the resort boasts a full range of amenities including a mahjong room, billiards, and a children's play area. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing slow-paced getaway, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Traveling with friends to Chongzuo, choosing the Guike · Yunju Hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is only 3 km from Taiping Ancient City, just a few minutes' drive away. It's incredibly convenient whether we wanted to explore the ancient city during the day or enjoy the night view, without any worries about transportation. The free, large parking lot had plenty of spaces, so parking multiple cars was no problem at all, which made our self-driving trip perfect. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Everyone slept very comfortably, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The biggest surprise was the hotel's laundry room and dryer. After a day of activities, our clothes were dusty and sweaty, but we could wash and dry them immediately, ready to wear. This meant we didn't have to bring a pile of dirty clothes home or find an external laundry service, greatly enhancing our travel experience. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick. They also patiently recommended nearby restaurants and lesser-known attractions, helping us avoid any bad experiences. The cleanliness details were also spot on, with all disposable toiletries individually packaged, which felt very reassuring. "I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The service was excellent, the environment was pleasant, the rooms were spacious, and they even offered afternoon tea, fruit, drinks, and snacks. They provided pick-up/drop-off service from the station, and the buffet breakfast had a wide selection and tasted great. We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel on New Year's Eve."

"Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Kaixuan hotel. Great large room with a very comfy bed, good air conditioning system, nice bathroom and a small fridge (not cool enough to my taste though). Large indoor swimming pool (head/hair covering required). Good gym/fitness. Nice helpful staff at the reception (no English spoken except for one young lady). Though it is technically downtown I suppose if feels a bit remote. A quiet area facing the river. Public transportation is available via one single route (no 8). It is almost a 2 Km walk to the central railway station for the local trains (not the high speed ones). Not many eating opportunities immediately around so eating out requires to walk 1 to 1.5 Km."

"Ouch, I was pinched by the relaxation of this hotel! There is no cold standard process, the staff is super friendly, the room is super soundproof, the sleep is light and can sleep very well, there are free snacks and Luo Hanguo tea in the public area, and there is a six-megongge self-selected tea tray. It just happened to be rainy. There is also a large umbrella at the front desk. The intelligent guest control of the room is super convenient. The voice can operate the lighting air conditioning curtains, and the high-speed network brushes the office without pressure. The sanitary details are full, the bathroom is clean to the light, the toiletries are a good smell, and the price is directly sealed! Recommended"
