I had a very comfortable stay this time. First of all, Miss Coco at the front desk has a very good service attitude. I booked the room and contacted the hotel to inquire about the situation. She also helped to turn on the air conditioner in advance. There is a special charm in the corridor entering the room. The floor of the elevator entrance is also very bright. GGuest UserThe room style is simple and the environment is clean and tidy. We arrived in the afternoon. The boss intimately turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, let us rest in the room, and call us downstairs after the meal is done. The signature dish winter stew fried meat and mushroom scrambled eggs are particularly delicious, and the children like it very much. The breakfast on the next day was also discussed with us in advance, except for the complimentary breakfast, and the children were specially fried with large egg fried rice for free, to ensure that they were full! I will definitely stay here next time!

GGuest UserI’ve stay in qianshan and tianzhushan area for 14 days. This is the best place out of all I have lodged. Staying there for 4 days to visit tianzhushan area. The host is a friendly and generous person. Not only that he take care of me, worry for me, he also send me to all the attractions without any charges where transporters will charge you for a hike up. He worried for me overspend although I am able to and he realised in the end. He tried to get me the best price for all the attractions. A very kind and friendly person. The renovation and cleanliness for this place is fabulous. The scenery from the balcony is the best in tianxianxia too. Directly facing tianzhushan. I very recommend this place people. I thank the host for taking care of me.

It feels like home. The hotel is also very soundproof and quiet. The front desk lady is also very good. Any problems are solved in time. Some hotel rooms are small and low, but this one has a very good view. Recommended 👍👍👍

The beautiful proprietress is warm and welcoming and the service is thoughtful. The homestay is very close to the Tianzhu Mountain Visitor Center, which is very convenient. The meals provided by the hotel are also delicious, such as small fish roasted tofu, very delicious!

They also provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, which was really thoughtful. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

AAnonymous UserJust had an overnight and very quick stay at this hotel but I could say that it's pretty well organized, clean, and with friendly and accommodating front desk personnel even at a very late night. Same common impression / observation is that no English - speaking staff for foreign visitors. It's quite challenging at times to communicate things out. Overall, it's still a very good and nice place to stop by and is considerably recommendable. See yah again on my next visit!
