The hotel is new, so there's no need to worry about run-down facilities. I was even upgraded after two nights, and it was very comfortable. However, since it's a new hotel, the windows in the room opened, and the desks were a little dusty, but otherwise, everything was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions without being irritating. The restaurant is on the top floor, as is the gym. Overall, I was very satisfied.
