Great location, close walk to a funicular taking yoi to thermal spa. Interesting building with beautiful backyard. Very pretty dining room. Polite staff. Heating rack in a bathroom so you can dry your clothes. However, very bad breakfast, minimal choices, nothing cooked on site. Difficult parking if you drive a bigger car, but possible to find street parking.

Excellent hotel as a base for watching racing at Spa. From the time you arrive onto the gravel drive, this hotel promotes quality. Very comfortable, friendly staff and beautiful interior

Right in the middle of Spa. Breakfast isn’t great in comparison. Total confusion on the bill. But people are friendly. It’s a good place but not great. Staff goes home at 9 pm…

Prachtig hotel alleen jammer dat om 21 uur savonds de lichten uit moesten in de mooie salon beneden . We moesten toen op onze kleine kamer zitten. (We hadden jammer genoeg de kleinste kamer van het hotel) ontbijt was heerlijk!

Absolutely fabulous break, we stayed in the Annex with friends which is basically a fully refurbished house at the side of the hotel.
Great parking secure area for your own car.

Comme expliqué sur place, belle maison au calme, chambre spacieuse avec bonne literie, produits Nuxe en sdb, personnel charmant, et petit déjeuner correct (sans plus). Mais: pas d'airco dans les chambres (ni dans la salle de réunion) , le coffre était en panne, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (elle s'allumait mais indiquait ne pas recevoir de signal) alors que les câbles étaient bien branchés derrière, l'éclairage principal de la chambre ne s'allumait pas, et nous n'avons eu que des douches tièdes (pas d'eau chaude)... même si certains problèmes ont été réglés pour ma deuxième nuitée, mes collègues ont connu eux aussi des problèmes d'eau chaude... Le projecteur vidéo fourni en salle de réunion n’a qu’une entrée VGA! (Pas d’HDMI!!!!) Tout cela est grandement perfectible!!!! PS: l’Auberge, le resto de l’hôtel est très bien, même si le service mériterait un petit sourire!
