The facilities were perfect, and it was comfortable to have a cable car dedicated to guests who could go directly to therme in the bathrobe figure. However, despite the advance payment via Trip.com, a deposit was charged 50 euros at check-in. It was said that it was refunded after the adjustment of room service etc. However, the refrigerator was empty. There should be no additional. I thought it would be paid back at check-out, but it was said that it would be refunded via the card company after 2 － 3 days. However, even after a week, it has not yet been refunded.

Absolutly amazing hotel with a kind, service minded and solution oriented staff. The rooms were all good and the breakfest buffet had everything you ever needed.
