The perfect place to stay if you're wanting to be in the heart of one of Melbournes busiest and most entertaining precincts. Prahran is gorgeous and there is just so much to see and do when staying here at The Olsen. Its unique and the staff are so lovely, highly recommed!

The design of the hotel is very interesting, the lobby is very grand, but the rooms are very small and the bedding is average. The location is not in the CBD, so it’s relatively remote and not very convenient. The service is very good and the slogan is interesting

Nice place to stay, location was great for us. Handy to trams, trains and Greville Street & Chapel Street shopping. Staff pleasant and helpful, easy check in. A Little noisy with some guests, and it is near the railway line but once inside, we didn't notice it. Good to be able to park the car there, shame we had to pay extra for that service though. I'd go back to stay there.

The apartment was spacious, very well appointed, clean, quiet and fabulously located in the heart of South Yarra. Free parking and easy strolling distance to trains and trams to the city or the culinary delights of the area. We loved the funky design and great facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our midweek stay was great value too. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
