Hotels in Sudirman, South Jakarta

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel. Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking. 3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long. There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading. The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply. No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low. Blown light bulb weren't replaced. Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities. From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

Check in staff were friendly! There is a restaurant within the hotel so it is convenient to grab a meal or room service. Free coffee provided at the lobby. It is easy to order grab. However, clearer signage to direct drivers into the driveway would make things even more wonderful. Clean room and comfortable stay for one night.

I had a truly perfect stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was remarkable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience. I can’t wait to return!

We checked out at noon after midnight. The stay was very short. The apartment was large. The service was super good. There were not many breakfast varieties, but you could order from the menu. There was no extra charge. The food was very good. There were not many people and the environment was comfortable. The hardware was good but a little old. The bathroom accessories were a little shabby and did not match the positioning and price of the Ritz. It is best to go directly to the mall from the first floor. One problem is that there is a washing machine but no detergent. There are kitchen utensils but no bowls. The details are not in place. After all, it is not a specialized apartment.

Once construction is completed. Perhaps because it was opened in an unfinished state, it does not have its own restaurant, and the lobby construction is not finished, so it is temporarily operating in an alcove. I found the entrance by asking people around me. The room condition is good, but the TV is too small for the size of the room. Also, there was a slight noise coming from the room, which was annoying when I was sleeping. It is said that the lobby construction will be completed in April and the hotel will open in June.

Had an Indonesian family gathering here -in the end I arrived one day early as my apartment in Jakarta electric issues -so stayed three nights with 3 more rooms Friday then 4 rooms Saturday including a 4 bedroom apartment. Its really nice we were on 36 floor mainly -Ricki and other receptionists just great -main point ALL my Indonesian friends loved it -all kitchen stuff worked well as I cooked was a quiet birthday party for 20 pax -overall very satisfied -we will be back.

Great place for family vacation, spacious & clean room, nice and friendly front desk

The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

We did’n like the scent of the air freshener used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells sour taste and not fresh feeling. Even the bodywash shampoo conditioner and handwash are lemongrass based too. And doesnt smell as fresh and delicate as the usual 5 star hotel. Quite disapointing.

For location, this is very confusing. The good thing is that there is no noise from the highway in the complex. Continue to subtract the road sign club or the sign there. The service is quite satisfactory. Most of the cleanliness needs to be considered again, there are a few small holes in the wall, and sometimes small cockroaches can fall out. Oh yes, the shower water works well. very good.
