Facilities are not maintained, broken gym equipment and unusable, dirty pool water, soiled microwave and messy common kitchen area. Hair, dust, and mould in the room upon check-in. Poor hygiene and cleanliness. The only upside is 2 mins walk to MRT Haji Nawi.

5 min walk to Haji Nawi subway station. 15m swimming pool and small gym. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Rooms near the road affected by noisy motorbikes. Friendly staff. No sidewalk from subway station.

The location is strategic close to the MRT station There is a mini gym and swimming pool I requested a non-smoking room but there was a smell of cigarettes coming from outside the room so the smell reached the room I didn't even pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a lot of hair in the drain that wasn't cleaned, so when I showered, the water pooled, so I brushed it with a hotel toothbrush. It's time to change the towels

The overall price-performance ratio is good

only a small complaint about the shower in room number 102 was leaking, so the water that came out wasn't optimal, apart from that it was okay
