Very friendly staff.
The room was good but it was seen that bed bugs had been present a while ago.
Unfortunately, the meal menu was very limited.
The cost a little overpriced for the room.
The pool (/inside and outside) was very well lit and hygienists.
The view from the hotel room was very nice.

Very very badly placed: in the city center with a lot of passage of all types!! No parking space, the beach is too full. It's only "palace" in name and doesn't deserve those 5 stars.

Hotel near the old market MEDINA. Wonderful location, next to the sea and shops. It is also convenient to go on excursions. A SPA center is available, even if you do not go for procedures. Good cuisine, but no all inclusive. Nice swiming pool in area.

Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour au Sousse Palace. Un grand Hôtel magnifique parfait pour se reposer et se détendre. les chambres grande très propre avec le linges propre tous les jours. Tout le personnel ( de la femme de chambre et des serveurs sont au petit soin avec le sourire pour vous. Très bonne nourriture du matin au soir. Un grand Merci à Tous.

Great Hotel, fantastic location. We spent 3 days in the spa the ladies were all very charming & professional. Housekeeping lady was so happy & catered for our every need. The restaurant & bar staff again happy & polite. NYE, WOW WOW WOW, our all inclusive covered the Gala dinner, which was superb from the entertainment to the people & the food. Thank you
