It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The amazing customer service was the standout point, especially from the manager, Hamdi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. Really grateful for the amazing service!.

It's unbelievable. how can they got the licence from Marroit group. Just destroy the reputation of Marroit. countless times have stayed in different marriot but only this time us really a bitter experience....washbasin was broken . after complain they repaired but the whole nights metalana stings eyes and the throat is itching. See picture 1. they stood two sticks to support the basin .see picture 2. Their sliding gate to the balcony also has the frame bar falling down . see picture 3. Breakfast almost looks so big table full of foods but in fact very few items and much less suitable . we had too wait in a long queue to get one egg omelet. . . shocked. Only there is no second Marroit faculty like this. Anyway I am the guest number.. 不知道万豪是怎么审核通过的这家酒店居然打了万豪的名分。打扫卫生老是忘记，还不给放上饮用水。洗手台是破裂的，投入后虽然维修了，甲醛味道刺激的一宿嗓子疼，头疼。阳台拉门立框断裂，，早餐看上去很大台面，可是能吃的了了无几。所以大家都排队煎鸡蛋。排队至少得20分钟，是在是太慢了，反应了多次也没有增加个炉头，，不说了。多年来头一次经历这样的万豪，我还是会员，老万豪了。

Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable room with balcony. Nice bar. Good security n friendly staff. The vibes at the restaurant and hotel is good. Easy check in and check out process with no queues. Highly recommended

Easy to access and along the cornice of Sousse beach, excellent 5 * hotel with charming and competent staff. Entrance and parking protected. 8 floors + basement reserved for treatments, sauna, spa and large swimming pool. The rooms are large, the bathroom is well stocked with care products, individual safe. Daily cleaning and refilling of water, sugar, coffee and tea according to consumption. Several restaurants and relaxation lounges, and two outdoor swimming pools and one heated indoor. We recommend this hotel with good value for money.

The hotel has a good location because it is in the city center and by the sea. The rooms are clean. There should not be too many expectations in terms of facilities, but it is a slightly above average hotel. It is among the preferable options for those who will visit the city of Sousse.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Tunisia, right by the sea, and the sea view rooms are also very good! Worth a visit!

The hotel is close to the train station and the old town, with convenient transportation. Staff service is good. The room is spacious, but the facilities are average, which is significantly different from the five-star standard. The room facilities are four-star at most. The water is not smooth, the towels are old, and the sound insulation is not very good. But the price is cheap.
