Mi sono trasferita qui per raggiungere la famiglia per qualche giorno. Sintesi: una meraviglia, l’anno prossimo verrò direttamente qui. Personale gentilissimo, camere bellissime e pulitissime, la colazione per sfamare un reggimento e la cena sempre diversa ogni sera. Magari ci si aspetta ovviamente che la carne o i piatti di montagna siano cucinati bene, ma la sorpresa è che anche il pesce - che bene o male c’è tutti i giorni tra le scelte - è buonissimo. Le salette per le carte, lo spazio in giardino con jacuzzi e lettini, la posizione strategica e il parcheggio riservato sono ulteriori plus che ai miei occhi non sono passati inosservati. Che dire: non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Hotel splendido, in ottima posizione in centro a Soraga, con comodo parcheggio. Camere moderne e confortevoli, anche se in un 4 stelle mi aspetto il bollitore con te e tisane. Colazioni ottime, cene non male. Peccato la scontrosità del proprietario, non degna dell'hotel.

Sono 5 anni che andavo io e mio marito in quel hotel ma quest' anno è stato veramente deludente.Innanzi tutti sia il direttore che la segretaria molto freddi nessuna cordialità il mangiare in confronto agli anni precedenti molto scarso e non buono.Inoltre per una bronchite ho dovuto anticipare la partenza di due giorni (tra l'altro week end venerdì e sabato)e mi hanno fatto pagare le due giornate,mi hanno scalato euro 100 per due persone per due cene e colazioni veramente deludente non certo un comportamento corretto la sera prima di pagare e dopo un soggiorno di 11 giorni abbiamo preso un amaro e lo ha conteggiato.Siamo rimasti veramente delusi .

Hotel in ottima posizione tra Moena e Canazei. Proprietario sempre presente in reception di una cordialità e preparazione rare, sempre disponibile a suggerire e consigliare. Avevamo una suite davvero grande, legno ovunque e ultramoderna. Cucina nella media. Non diamo 5 stelle solo per l'impossibilità di utilizzare le piscine e la vasca idro a causa del troppo cloro che faceva lacrimare e irritava la gola. Tutto il resto perfetto.

Bellissima struttura in pieno centro a Soraga, con parcheggio comodo. Camere ampie, ben arredate, moderne, bagni comodi. Peccato manchi il bollitore per te e caffé, auspicabile in un 4 stelle. Ristorante discreto, colazione varia ed abbondante. Nota dolente: la gestione, più adatta ad una pensione di bassa categoria, piuttosto che ad un simile 4 stelle. Accoglienza piuttosto "fredda", informazioni date quasi con fastidio, risposte secche o sgarbate alla segnalazione di piccole problematiche, disorganizzazione al buffet a cena ed al bar. Peccato, la struttura meritrebbe di meglio.

la val di fassa è una sicurezza ...non si può sbagliare . Anche questo hotel ha rispettato le mie aspettative. Ambienti tipici, ristorazione curata e camere ben arredate in stile montanaro ...tutto legno. Area benessere nella media. Personale cortese ed efficiente . Grazie a Poalo e ai suoi suggerimenti

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare la val di Fassa, a 5 minuti da Moena e 10 da Canazei, ambienti ristrutturati e confortevoli, al piano interrato spa con idormassaggio esterno in mezzo alla neve, cibo buono servizio attento. Consigliato!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, moderne saubere Zimmer.
Wir waren mit dem Motorrad da und der Inhaber hat uns kostenlos Angeboten die Motorräder in der Tiefgarage ab zustellen.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
