Przystanek Sopot Plaża

The worst hotel/apartment I have ever been! On arrival,the outside appearance looked like a detention facility,with a rather imposing metal fence…….. I don’t know if this was to keep people in or stop them getting out! Staff’s demeanour matched the hotel’s stark appearance and it was left to a cleaner to show us our room! Minimalistic sprang to mind……….3 single,metal beds with very little linen…….that’s when I corrected my original thought and realised it looked like a poorly designed prison cell! There were no table lamps,so we only had really harsh overhead lighting…….would have been great for interrogation for MI6 or CIA……I would have talked in seconds! It was a communal bathroom,our en-suite had been cancelled in March……….by text! Basically if Stephen King ever wrote a sequel to’The Shining’ he could do worse than setting it in modern day Sopot!!!! One of the electrical sockets had been burned out and looked pretty unsafe but when we remonstrated this was pushed aside. We lasted one night! We were woken by a drunken reveller trying to get into the wrong room! If I wasn’t made of sterner stuff I’d probably be suffering from PTSD now! My partner is upset because we’re here for the Open’er festival in Gdynia and we’ve already lost the money for this hellhole and had to move to a new (and very nice ) apartment!!!! On leaving I was told that there was no chance of a refund and we couldn’t even get our hotel tax returned. Please never stop here!

Overnight stay in sopot Check in really easy, staff friendly, explained that luggage could be left up until 7pm. Room spacious, very clean. Shared bathroom and toilets female only and male only, these were also very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very filling. Good location, close to beach.Would stay again

I went with 1 friend, we had a couple bed, place is very near Sopot main centrum, location is great for Sopot visitors. Room is okay for sleeping.
