The hotel is very nice and located in a great location, the rooms are also of a great standard, the breakfast is delicious, with a huge selection, the service is very nice.
The only downside is the introduction of a time limit in the pool and sauna area (1 hour a day) and a large number of people from outside coming to the pool. I understand that the hotel wants to earn money this way, but the situation in which hotel guests have to wait in a queue because there are no free places in the pool, and a group of 8 people from outside enters before us is not very comfortable. In addition, due to this huge number of people, there was not a single free sunbed or even a place to put your things (books or bathrobes) while using the pool.
I think that when paying almost PLN 1,000 per night for 2 people with a child, guests should have priority entry to the spa area or the time limit should be higher than 1 hour. We came to the hotel regularly and one of the reasons for choosing it was the great pool and sauna area, where you could really relax - that is why we are very disgusted with how it looks now.

3 nätter med 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Väldigt fina rum, trevlig frukost och ett varierande spa med många alternativ för bad och bastu.
Rummen högt prissatta och då kändes det surt att få veta att Spa endast ingick 1 timme/dag, det fanns ingen information om detta vid bokningen och finns fortfarande inte när jag dubbelkollar om jag skulle göra om bokningen igen. Fint plassert, nært stranden, god seng, stort rom, minibar som er rimelig priset. Maten på hotellet var god når du først fikk den. Kjekt lekerom for barna, godt utstyrt treningsrom.
Negativt:
- veldig treig service i restauraten og baren. Flere ganger gikk vi bare etter å ha ventet lenge. Maten kunne vi vente på i en time.
- får bare en time i bassenget om du ikke vil betale
- overpriset frokost (100 zloty)
- litt mange hunder der så ikke så kjekt om man er redd for dyr

King size bed, with balcony. The rooms face thethe forest and countryside. The rooms are very big, with lovely wooden cupboards and wardrobe, giving it a cosy and warm feeling. There is a nice desk too with From and a table and chairs in the balcony to enjoy a beer from. It has a stocked mini bar and very good coffee (nespresso pods). The check in is fast and easy. Staff are super friendly, helpful and polite. They arranged a car a driver for the day for us and asked me in the gym after I checked out, asee we had to wait 5 hours for the plane. There have a business area for working, a great bar, a very stylish restaurant with unreal food… It’s well presented, tastes great and is very affordable! We enjoyed 6 meals there! Each was amazing! The breakfast area is lovely and they give a massive spread of food, loads of choices and really good hot and cold food! I loved our week there and this hotel was an independent, purchased by Radisson and it shows… It’s really good, top tier and booked in advance you can enjoy for as little as 90-100 euros a night! The spa has 4 types of sauna, a mid bath, swimming pool, 2 jacuzzs, a kids pool and massage rooms, also have a beauty parlor for nails and threading Etc

Fantastisk hotell, like ved stranden. Et lite stykke å gå inn til sentrum. Vi likte oss veldig godt, 1 voksen og 2 barn. Eneste minus var at man må betale utover 1 time i bassenget, da er det minuttpris. Merkelig system

Hotel nowy łanie urządzony, śniadania bardzo dobre i bardzo duży wybór, ładne spa. Hotel na letni pobyt i relax jak najbardziej fajny, natomiast jeśli chodzi o Święta Bożego narodzenia, to jakaś totalna tragedia i pomyłka. Nastawienie hotelu typowo na max zysk, zero klimatu świątecznego, jedzenie na wigilii bardzo średnie zimne + TŁUMY ludzi (obłożenie hotelu full). Goście hotelowi podzieleni na dwie sale, jedni w budynku głównym więc spoko, drudzy w budynku obok- kobiety w sukienkach faceci w koszulach z krótkim rękawem wszyscy przegonieni przez podwórko w tmp. minusowej na drugą salę. Obsługa nie nadążała z donoszeniem czegokolwiek był barszcz nie było uszek, jak przynieśli uszka, to już barszczu nie było i tak w koło :), jedyne czego nie brakowało z dań wigilijnych to sałatka grecka :). Po wigilii z której wszyscy szybko uciekali z uwagi na tragiczną organizację i jedzenie chcący usiąść w lobby, aby jakoś mimo wszystko miło spędzić ten wieczór z rodziną i znajomymi - w lobby kilkadziesiąt miejsc siedzących, reszta stała pod ścianą lub zdenerwowana poszła spać, bo nie było gdzie usiąść, z miejsc na sali śniadaniowej, aby usiąść nie można było korzystać bo "naszykowane na poranne śniadanie" ;/. Rozwiązanie ogrzewania w hotelu jest też tragiczne, ponieważ jest sterowane centralnie z recepcji. Trzeba było zejść 4 razy, żeby Pani zwiększyła tmp. w pokoju bo za każdym razem z grymasem na twarzy podwyższała o 1 stopień ;/ Więc, jak pisałem, pobyt w okresie letnim ok, ale święta w tym hotelu na pewno nigdy więcej.
