Dania nie porywają ani smakiem ani formą. Jedliśmy sałatki, zupę i główne dania. Za tłuste, ser kozi, grasica, wołowina wszystko w panierce. Stosunek ceny do jakości nie uzasadnia wizyty w tym miejscu. Miła obsługa, dobre wina, słabe jedzenie.

Great staff and polite, always with a smile. Speak very good english (but no icelandic.. :( ..joke). Found out the hotel has the best deal on renting a bike, didn't know they had one but was really glad they do. Food at their fine restaurant exceeded my expectation *****. The SPA lives up to its name, nice pool and jacuzzi area with a genuine sauna and a steem bath. I will visit the hotel again.

I recently visited a massage salon and was impressed. The body massage relieved my tension and the facial left my skin soft and hydrated. The cozy atmosphere and professional staff made it a great experience! I recommend the massage with Ms. Kasia

Professional service and good food. However, the hotel itself is unfortunately worn-out and not renovated for a long period of time. In the rooms, heating is only provided through the air conditioning—radiators are completely cold. There is no heating in the bathroom, which is quite strange for a five-star hotel in February. The pool is nice, but the jacuzzi doesn’t work properly because its buttons can’t be touched with wet hands:) Every few minutes, a receptionist has to be called to restart it. Additionally, the side water jets don’t work at all. The facilities show significant wear and tear. Moreover, there are too few loungers around the pool, so there’s nowhere to sit, leaving some guests unsure of what to do after getting out of the water. One of the elevators has been out of service for a long time and remains closed. Restaurant and bar prices are very high—two teas cost almost 50 PLN! The staff is professional and friendly, but for a five-star hotel, apart from the high prices, the experience is rather average. We probably won’t return.

Miło, przytulnie, klimatycznie. Zacznę od wstępu, iż rzadko wystawiam opinie ale tym razem muszę. Chciałabym dać 6 ⭐️ ale mogę tylko 5. .. Byliśmy zakwaterowani z mężem i córka na 3 dni. Już od wejścia przywitał nas personel z uśmiechem, który naszym zdaniem odgrywa w tym hotelu kluczową rolę. To Oni sprawiają że czujemy się zaopiekowani i "dopieszczeni". Są profesjonalistami, którzy robią to co lubią- tak ich postrzegliśmy. Pani z recepcji zadbała nawet o szlafrok dla młodej damy 7 lat ❤️. Pani opiekującej się gośćmi basenowymi bardzo dziękujemy za uśmiech i miłe słowo! Kelnerzy mili, pomocni, dbali aby nigdy niczego nie brakowało, spisali się wyśmienicie. Na koniec kilka ciepłych słów o panu Darku (barman), świetna obsługa i profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Hotel z dobrą lokalizacją, smacznym jedzeniem oraz rewelacyjną obsługą. Napewno wrócimy!!!

To już moja druga wizyta w tym obiekcie. Super lokalizacja . Na plus na pewno zasługuje też bardzo fajny wystrój hotelu,wnętrze nie przytłacza przepychem,ale jest bardzo ładnie , jednocześnie starodawnie i nowoczesnie. Do tego przemiła obsługa,basen z saunami,jacuzzi i spa. Wszędzie ładnie pachnie i jest bardzo czysto. I co najważniejsze jest to obiekt zwierzolubny pies był nawet bardziej zadowolony ode mnie,co widać na filmiku. Napewno tu wrócimy na jesieni,a może jeszce nawet latem
