Mój pobyt w Villa Ozone był absolutnie udany! Pokoje przestronne i gustownie urządzone. pyszne, różnorodne śniadanie – świeże produkty i duży wybór dań to ogromny atut. Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna – blisko zarówno do plaży, jak i do centrum Sopotu. Obsługa przemiła i zawsze pomocna. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu w Sopocie! Na pewno tu wrócę!

Great hotel in the very center of Sopot. delicious and varied breakfasts. wonderful service. fantastic massage. They have their own parking lot under the hotel, which is a huge advantage in the city center. you can take your pet with you. I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Położenie hotelu jest dużym ułatwieniem ,natomiast nie przekonała mnie jadalnia w piwnicy ani hałaśliwy pokój na parterze przy wyjściu .Sniadanie było słabe ,w poniedziałek podane zostały pomidory z dnia poprzedniego ,przy takiej cenie można byłoby się troszkę bardziej wysilać 😏pisze o obeschnietych pokrojonych pomidorach ....Ale żebym się nie czepiała do końca to podobał mi się wystrój i urządzenie pokoju ,mieliśmy szczęście ze nie było upału ,fajnie spędziliśmy czas !

Genialna lokalizacja, bo blisko do opery i do molo. Willa po remoncie gustownie urządzona. Architekt zrobił dobra robotę z potknięciem w sali śniadaniowej usytuowanej w piwnicy. Pokoje czyste, ale niestety bez klimatyzacji, więc przy temperaturach tegorocznego lata było słabo. Pokój kosztował 490 zł za noc, więc spodziewałam się przynajmniej wody w pokoju i przyzwoitego śniadania. Tu niestety rozczarowanie. W skromnym bufecie zimne parówki i resztki tanich wędlin i serów. Prosząc o uzupełnienie bufetu uzyskałam informację, że jest to catering zewnętrzny i niestety nic nie zostanie dostarczone. Po mnie przyszło jeszcze wielu gości, którzy wybierali resztki z półmisków. Żenada Obsługa grzeczna, ale nie przeszkolona z podstaw hotelarstwa i gastronomii. I słowo dla managera: pracownik recepcji jest Waszym reprezentantem, więc warto by było zadbać o jego wizerunek, zdjąć wyciągnięty sweterek i poczesać włosy. Jedna karta do dwuosobowego pokoju to też słaby pomysł. Poprawcie ww uwagi, a lokalizacja Was uratuje.

A boutique hotel in a super location in Sopot. Clean, modern decor with delicious breakfasts! ( and this is unchanged since the hotel has existed in the new arrangement, I have tested several times and each time everything is delicious and fresh! :)) Situated 200 meters from the train station, but you can't hear the moving trains. Across the street is also a bus stop, from which you can take a bus to Gdynia. 10-15 minutes walk to the pier and the beach. I recommend wholeheartedly !

Villa Ozone was the best place in Sopot i’ve ever been, the breakfast was amazing, room was really cozy and clean, the staff was really helpfull in every situation. Location of this hotel is briliant, close to the train station and main atractions!

Hotel przy głównej ulicy Sopotu , blisko na Monciak, przy otwartym oknie nie da się spać , a w pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji . Pokój bardzo mały . Śniadania bardzo słabe jak na swoją cenę (45 zł) Obsługa bardzo miła

Pokoje OK, czyste przestronne ale śniadania tragiczne. Brak klimy też tragedia. Za to obługa na recepcji bardzo pomocna , zawsze uśmiechnięta. Wydaje mi się że właściciel nie przykłada się do biznesu. Polecam na jeden dzień .
