Exceptional Service and Attention to Detail Our stay at My Story Sopot Apartments was nothing short of perfect. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, incredibly accommodating, and fluent in English, which made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with a keen focus on the finer details, such as fresh cut flowers on every table in the dining area. Parking was a breeze with convenient spaces right outside the hotel. The sauna area was delightful, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with a firm mattress, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even the sofa bed was perfect for our teenagers. Thank you for a flawless stay. We will definitely be returning!

Ihana aamiainen ja toimiva huone
Kivalla paikalla sijaitseva huoneistohotelli. Pikkukeittiölle ei ollut tarvetta, muuten huone toimiva, siisti ja moderni. Erinomainen aamiainen salaattipöytineen ja kiva asiakaspalvelu. Taksilla oli vaikeuksia löytää pimeässä, samoin kulku kadulta pihaan vaatisi valot näin syksyllä. Voitaisiin tulla uudestaankin!

Ett fint dygn på ett mysigt hotell. Välstädat, skön säng och god frukost. Fint bemötande av personalen som var hjälpsam. Nära till stranden där hotellet bistod med handduk och solstol. Bor gärna här igen:-)

Très bon choix.
Très bon emplacement permettant de tout faire à pied. Chambre dotée d’une kitchenette décorée avec goût, très bonne literie. Personnel sympathique et motivé.

Sehr netter Kontakt, schönes, kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Der Strand keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Frühstücksangebot war für uns ausreichend und es war appetitlich angerichtet. Das Personal immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wiederkommen, denn wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
(Das einzige Manko waren die Türen der Dusche, die nicht ganz schließen und das Wasser das Bad halb überflutet hat. Den Duschwänden und den Armaturen würde ein Essigreiniger gut tun um die Kalkschicht zu entfernen.)

The room was very poorly soundproofed - from the morning you could hear ordinary conversations from the next room as if they were taking place next door. Breakfast very ordinary - hotel standard ***. We asked for coffee from an espresso machine because the one from the machine was weak and we got even worse - cappuccino as espresso with warm, unfoamed milk. There was an unwashed stain on the bed, the decorative pillows were washed too rarely because they had a very bad smell

Miła, pomocna obsługa, czysto i przyjemnie. I ten zapach... ☺️ Dla pieska przygotowane miseczki i przekąska na przywitanie. Zielone otoczenie zachęca do relaksu. Blisko tras gdzie można pospacerować, pojeździć na rolkach czy rowerze. Śniadanie w porządku, świeże, bez przepychu, ale też bez marnowania żywności. Dobra kawa, również z opcją "na wynos". Polecamy z czystym sercem. Będziemy tu wracać.
