Anlässlich des Geburtstags meines Partners verbrachten wir hier eine Nacht. Das Hotel ist heruntergewirtschaftet, ungepflegt, das Buffet ist dürftig und die Speisen kaum schmackhaft. Die glanzvollen Zeiten sind wohl leider mit dem ursprünglichen Besitzer 2022 gestorben. Es gibt abends keine Bar, man bekommt nur auf wiederholtes Betteln irgendwann ein Getränk. Man kann sich nirgends schön hinsetzen - uns blieb dann nur der unkrautbewachsene Aussenbereich. Früheres Tanzlokal w Wasserschaden geschlossen, ebenso das frühere A-la-carte-Restaurant. Es ist ein Massenladen für Busse. Mein Partner, der früher hier Stammkunde war, war entsetzt. Hinzu kamen noch total zusammengeknautschte Matratzen - wir kommen nie mehr wieder hierher!

Sehr großes Hotel oberhalb von Sonthofen. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer … über 2 Stockwerke…oben wurde geschlafen. Das Zimmer wurde sehr warm….Blick auf das Gebüsch (kein Bergblick) Das Frühstück im großen Frühstücksraum war sehr gut die Aussicht einfach schön. Mein Eindruck war, dass nicht alle Zimmer renoviert sind und sie sehr unterschiedlich von der Ausstattung etc. sind.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und leider könnte man beim reinigen etwas mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit legen, auch nach Rückfrage bei der Rezeption wurde sich nicht darum gekümmert. Reinigung des Zimmers nur nach Anforderung an der Rezeption, bis 16:00 Uhr am Vortag. Das Servicepersonal war total überfordert, wir waren mit einer Gruppe 3 Tage im Hotel, Getränke Bestellungen zum Teil Wartezeiten von 45 bis 60 Minuten., vielleicht sollte man dem Personal mehr Unterstützung anbieten. Die haben einem schon leid getan. Wir werden leider nicht mehr so schnell in diesem Hotel unterkommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, leider ist der AllgäuStern ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Unser neu renoviertes Zimmer war jedoch sehr schön und wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Nicht schlecht.
Da es viele schlechte Bewertungen gibt, waren wir nicht überrascht, dass einiges nicht gut sein wird. Das Essen war manchmal top, manchmal unterdurchschnittlich. Unser Zimmer hatte viele Spinnenweben an der Decke, sonst sauber. Alles bröckelt ein bisschen.
Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Ein Hundebesitzer
Hotel war gut, was mich geärgert hat, dass ich für unseren Hund(wir waren als Paar unterwegs) pro Tag 20,--€verrechnet bekommen haben und er keinerlei etwas dafür bekommen (Leckerli, Hundefutter oder sonst dergleichen) hat, ins Haupthaus durften wir mit Hund nicht rein,das war nicht erlaubt. Gegen das Bezahlen für die Hunde Anwesenheit im Zimmer hatte allerdings niemand etwas dagegen. Kleine Kinder kosten dagegen nichts dürfen aber mit ins Restaurant und bekommen das Essen noch gratis dazu, das ist ja schon in Ordnung aber die Kosten für den Hund sind übertrieben, (für nichts) finde ich irgendwie nicht gerecht. Schade. Sonst war es ein schönes Wochenende.
