Hotel very well located and practical for backapakers.
The mattresses make a lot of noise when you move, it was very disturbing.
In addition, travelers who arrive at 2 a.m. in a room of 6, it's not possible, it disrupts everyone's sleep.
But hey, it’s just business!
Quite pleasant staff.
The bathroom being in the room and not at all ventilated, the humidity level in the room was really horrible.

Ignored me when I came to the desk and asked questions about me checking in for my bus. Told me to just wait for my bus and I did for 1 hour until the bus came and they realized I had a ticket but my name wasn’t actually on their sheet. Got very verbally mad at me even though I had a physical ticket. They sat in the back room while we waited for the bus and did not acknowledge us at all.

This hostel is average at best. If you like loud blaring music all night then choose this place. The only nightclub in town is directly opposite. Wouldn’t be so bad but the club is dire as well.

Your house is a bit hard to see compared to other places, but you can advise on a lot of useful information for traveling in Phong Nha. The room here is very clean, the shower is a bit boring, the water jet is small, and the water doesn't flow much, but for me there are no problems at all. Initially, I intended to rent a dorm bed but it was sold out, so I rented a single room, the price for 1 night was affordable, not too expensive. If you intend to go to Phong Nha to travel and stay, this location is very reasonable

Booked 1 tour & 1 night bus with this company & both were a great experience! The kayaking through the cave/then hiking for 8k was hard work, but really enjoyable! The night bus we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get seats together but Linh was amazing, booked seats together & went onto the bus & spoke to the driver who asked people to move so we didn’t have the hassle or stress! If you’re looking for any tour or especially any transfer out of Phong Nha look no further, as this company & especially Linh are both great!
