Hospits ikke hotell
Kunne vært bedre….hårete og flekkede madrasser men sengetøy over var reint og fikk nytt laken når vi spurte.Ikke rengjøring de fire dagene vi var der så de vasker vel mellom hvert bytte av gjester.Badromsgulvet var ikke reint. Har vært hotell…kan ikke kalles hotell nå

Mye for pengene, stille område, oppusset og rent!
Rommet var rent og oppusset, god plass på enkeltrom, mulighet for matlaging, gode luftemuligheter, solskjerming, tv, kjøleskap med frysedel, god seng, romslig bad, trygt mtp låste dører i bygget og kun adgang for gjestene. Heis fra resepsjon og opp til rommene. Stille. Matbutikker og MAX ca 10 min gange unna. Mulighet for parkering. Vennlig personale. Hotellet passer godt hvis du er på tur inn eller ut av Stockholm, Arlanda ligger ca 20 min unna med bil, 40 min med tog (togstasjon ca 15 min gange unna hotellet). Kofferter kan oppbevares i resepsjonen i dens bemannede tidspunkt.
Noe forvirring med innsjekk og hvilke koder som må brukes for å låse seg inn her og der. Når man sjekker inn får man en nøkkel med en nøkkelring med koder for de ulike dørene. Både ytterdør (låst etter et visst tidspunkt) og dør til romkorridor har kodelås. Resepsjonen er kun bemannet i noen timer midt på dagen, så hvis du ankommer før 11.30 eller etter 15 må du kontakte hotellet for innsjekkingsinstrukser.

Extremely strange staff
So I used to book this place 5-10 times a year
With my last booking I got issue with checkin to room because they never sent any sms with code
And that’s cool if you miss this, but the way they handled it was really weird
This strange woman answered in like 30 minutes to my phone call and started to say that it’s my fault and I bother her with my call
I can clearly see on my hotels account that i did left number to you, so no need to blame guests for your sloppy mistakes

Nice, clean and quiet place!
The room is nice and clean. The receptionist
on the phone is accomodating and kind to talk with. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay at Hotel Apartments sollentuna
Very good price and experience. Room was cheap but very spacious, kitchenware are sufficient for cooking. Toilet is big and clean. Security is good as there’s a door every floor that requires a password to enter. Very good quality given the price.
