It was a great pleasure with comfortable stay. Staff was very humble. Room are clean. Property located in hub. Nearby thalasa club was awesome and real goa vibes. Premium suits are spacious with huge balcony and bathroom

Food 10/10, property 10/10, service 10/10, staff, 10/10, location 5/10. Everything was just perfect just the location there was no good road to reach the hotel and construction work was going on on the road from both sides on the last day

We booked Ziva suites for 4 days and below are some pros and cons.
pros:
The rooms are big
good parking
very nice staff
Food is good
cons:
area wise it's near Thalassa but on a very narrow road
you will always need ur car to go to any location. nothing is at walking distance
the rooms have very basic amenities and does not feel premium
be sure to book premium rooms(pool facing) else u won't have any view. attaching pic of view from my room.
overall, you can chose this hotel if u plan on being outside while time and don't intend to spend some time in resort. beaches are far from here so don't plan if u want to not drink and drive as u would always need to take out car to go to beach.

We are staying in ziva for 2nd time and oir experience is good. There staff is cordial, food is excellent, property is well maintained. They have indoor games and swimming pool. If you want to rent a bike or 4 wheel that can also be arranged. Most of the beaches are nearby so if you go left or right you will find a beaches

Excellent rooms and staffs to welcome. The rooms were very spacious and built like a palace. The food in the restaurant also is very good. The only negative is the location is bit away and the road is not in good shape. There are no shops in that road, you need to go to main road which is either side 2-3kms away. But inside the hotel it feels like a 5 star.

Pros:good property. Good hospitality. Sapcious room. Cons: overpriced. Poor approach road. Quite isolated place. Below average breakfast quality. No view as such from most of the property rooms. Average swimming pool.
