Ziva Suites - A Boutique Hotel

Top notch stay in prime location Goa. Ziva Suites has multiple types of suites based on what you like and require. You can book the honeymoon suite for added comfort of the terrace suite for large terrace areas. All suites are very comfortable and built thoughtfully. The sleep quality is excellent. The breakfast buffet is something I highly appreciate and recommend. Pool is lovely and the property has ample parking. Loved my stay here. It was lively and awesome. Staff is very helpful and warm hospitality is their motto. Loved the experience.

Ziva Suites - best place to stay Ziva Suites has been an amazing Host, I enjoyed my stay here. The service and the rooms are amazing. Complimentary Breakfast is really good. The staffs are very kind and polite.

Pathetic hotel "I recently stayed at Ziva Suites, which claims to be a boutique hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. The pictures on their website are incredibly deceptive and do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Firstly, the room I was assigned to was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable at best. It felt more like a budget motel room than a boutique hotel. Secondly, the amenities were severely lacking. The so-called "boutique" experience promised on their website was nowhere to be found. There was no special services that you would expect from a boutique hotel. It felt more like a budget motel. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or making the stay enjoyable. Overall, Ziva Suites does not live up to its claim of being a boutique hotel. It barely meets the standards of a 2-star hotel, and the pictures on their website are a misleading representation of what you'll actually experience. I would not recommend staying here."

It was an okay experience for us at ziva suites. Rooms and linens were clean. Staff were quite friendly. The hotel location was far away from the beach. It was a very small hotel. Breakfast options were quite limited and it was not good. Swimming pool was also quite small. So, overall it was an okay kind of experience for us.

We are two couples with a 2 year old infant, our stay here was excellent. The staff were very helpful in every way. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is also good. Overall an excellent stay, 5 star

Our stay at ziva suites was very comfortable. From the easy check-in to the checkout everything went smoothly. We were given a ground floor suite in front of the pool which we declined because of the potential noise in the morning and were given a suite with a large terrace on the first floor instead. The suite was large and we appreciated the very big terrace with outdoor seating and dining. The suite had a separate bedroom with a wonderfully soft mattress. A first for a hotel outside of the big brands 5 star hotels in goa. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch to add to our pleasant stay at ziva suites. The restaurant food was good and the breakfast correct. Drinks prices were very reasonable for the area. This is a boutique hotel i would happily return to.
