The room is large and the service attitude is very good. 24-hour hotel service, most of which are included in the restaurant, where you can drink at any time.

Incredible hotel in terms of cleanliness, nothing to say, everything is clean, the service is impeccable and fast. The staff is super nice!

Booked an ocean-view king room for a higher price. Got a rather humiliating view of some fenced balcony that doesn’t even belong to the room with what appears to be an empty roof. Could barely see any piece of ocean. I have repeatedly asked if this was indeed an ocean view room and was told that it is indeed. Very disappointing to pay extra for that. I would have preferred any other view but this really. The food and service is excellent and the property is well maintained, but overall the room view made us feel tricked and ruined the experience.

The hotel was incredible and very stylish. The room was absolutely amazing. The ammenities, the services were exceptional. Also the food and drinks were really high level. The staff was very professional. We really enjoyed our honeymoon there. The staff did the best to make it special and unforgettable. The only negative was the huge amount of sargassum at Maroma Beach. The hotel cleaned its beach side every morning and they did a really good job, however the neighbour hotel, Catalonia did not. I felt very sorry for their guests who had to smell all day long the rotten sargassum.
