Room was double booked on arrival! Room amenities very modest (no shower cap, ear buds, tooth brush, stationary set). Service level at front office not going above and beyond minimum. Very large TV set, really nice to watch with a good selection of international channels. Easy accessible secured parking and free shuttle to train station/airport. Overall a decent hotel close to Malpensa airport and opposite a small shopping mall as well as golf course.

The location is slightly far from the town/ city, however they do provide free shuttle service to the nearest train station (advanced booking is needed). They do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste but you may request from them (free of charge).

Ample free parking, gated option for guests. Good for guests who self drive. Room is large enough for 2, clean. Lots of business amenities but we did not use them.

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the train station and airport. After returning the self-driving car one day in advance, the free bus back to the hotel is very good. The hotel is far away from the city of Milan, suitable for self-driving travel or catching a flight the next day. Many Korean crew members stay in the hotel. Hilton is cheap and good, the surrounding supporting supermarkets are very convenient, and the residents' breakfast is very friendly.

Super good, as always. The last time I stayed here was more than 10 years ago in Beijing. There were still freshly baked cookies 🍪

Everything was just right. If I have the chance to go to Milan again, I would like to stay here again. Orange juice cost 5 euros!! Hotel shop
