Overpriced, Poorly Located & Mismanaged. Total Waste of Money. We had a terrible experience at Jungle Lodge Resort, Dharampur, and I would strongly advise against staying here. We booked 2 nights in a Premium Cottage Room via Agoda, but unknowingly, one night got booked under a lower category Cottage Garden Room. We only discovered this after checking in, and immediately requested the staff to upgrade us to the Premium Cottage for both nights. Even though the price difference was only ₹600–₹700, the staff showed zero flexibility or hospitality. Mr. Ajay Chauhan, in particular, was rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. Instead of understanding the situation or trying to assist us in any way, he behaved in a very unprofessional manner. The Cottage Garden Room was extremely small — it literally felt like a storeroom. They charge ₹9,000–₹10,000 per night, which is shocking for a room of that size and condition. Not at all worth the price. To make matters worse, the location of this resort is very poor. It is not in Kasauli, as many people assume — it’s in Dharampur, surrounded by ordinary buildings and offers no scenic views whatsoever. The setting is dull, the ambiance is missing, and you don’t get that peaceful hill-station feel at all. Overall, this place is completely overhyped and overpriced. Bad service, bad location, poor room quality — a total waste of money. There are much better resorts in and around Kasauli where you’ll get real value and a better experience.

Very good location. The service was amazing and the food was great

The property is located on a very dusty and uneven road and room allocated to us mold on bedroom wall, they changed our room with dirty linen please see attached photos, for a two days stay our room was changed three times. Pillows, sofa, bedsheets were all dirty. We don’t recommend this property for the money charged.

The stay was nice , the resort is well maintained, beautiful and the staff is very good and humble . Although the way to resort need to be built properly, its all muddy and katcha . But once you reach property everything is good , donot have swimming pool and gym . Rest all was good , the food is yumm
