Great location and great service. Rajesh and Dinesh both great people in charge of a very nice boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Walking distance from two amazing cafes as well. Highly recommend if one is looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kasauli.

I stayed with my husband for 2 nights and had a really great time. It's a small boutique hotel with nice clean rooms. The location is great, it's a 2 minute walk from Dochi pizzeria. The manager Dinesh and the whole service staff especially Rajesh were extremely helpful and quick with everything.

Had a pleasant experience at the property. Dinesh and the staff were very accommodating and helpful as we had a super late check-in. The property is well maintained and the views are incredible. The team has helped us to get an incredible experience out of our stay.

We are three couples, all senior citizens, and we stayed at this property for 1 night and 2 days. The property is good, the rooms were clean, and the staff was professional. As senior citizens, we were initially worried about managing at this height, but the hotel manager, Mr. Dinesh, was very understanding and made our stay extremely comfortable. He did everything he could to ensure our convenience. He tried his best to allocate all our rooms together. Moreover, he arranged special tea for us upon arrival and even provided a complimentary dinner. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends. Once again, a special thanks to Mr. Dinesh for making excellent arrangements for us.

I have stayed at Seclude before and my experience has always been delightful. We are thankful to The manager Mr Dinesh and our care taker Mr Rajesh for providing us with great service. The aesthetics and food are praiseworthy. They have a vast menu too.

Had a fun time with family! Good stay! The Staff was very courteous and cooperative. Especially Dinesh, who even couriered me some stuff that I forgot at the property. The Property is okay.. need some improvements with the interior and toiletries though. Overall Had a pleasant stay.

Great experice! Felt like another cozy home in Himalayas! Amazing and spacious rooms. We stayed and sleepy blue and felt like living at the top of the world. And staff is super helpful and quick. Thanks Dinesh, Panku, Manish and Rajesh for a great service

We had a wonderful time at seclude. The room was cosy and the manager Dinesh was very proactive and available for help all the time. The room has a great view. I do feel some basic things like towels could be included in the room to make the stay perfect

Disappointing Experience at Seclude Kasauli – for their Premium Room Fire Glow I wanted to share my On going experience at Seclude Kasauli to help others considering this property. We booked the premium Fire Glow room, expecting a comfortable and clean stay, but unfortunately, it fell short on several counts. Key Issues Noted: Unhygienic Linen and Bedding: The linens, quilt, and pillows were in a poor state with visible stains, including some that appeared to be blood stains. This was extremely unsettling and concerning. Bathroom Maintenance: The flush system was ineffective, requiring multiple attempts for basic usage. Despite requests for a thorough cleaning, the washroom was not serviced to an acceptable standard. Unresponsive Staff: When we reached out for assistance, the staff was unresponsive, despite promising to address our concerns. We still have another night here, and honestly, it's disheartening. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and Reach out to us now with commitment to improvement.
