I had a lovely stay at arnisa! the staff was super friendly and made me feel so welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything i needed. The location was perfect peaceful l and quiet easily accessible. The breakfast and food was a highlight for me. Overall, it was such a great experience. I’d happily stay here again!

Good food, excellent ambience, awesome rooftop, excellent staff, i am frequently visitor to kasauli and stayed here for the fourth time. Location is also gud between dharampur and kasauli

I recently stayed at arnisa with my family for one night, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The amenities were disappointing, and we had to make multiple calls to reception and housekeeping for basic needs. The room was not properly cleaned before check-in, and we had to request a bedsheet replacement. Overall, the experience was below standard, and i would not recommend this place based on our stay.

I was searching hotels in kasauli and found this property through make my trip. I thought it would be a great hotel with great food, but the food was below average, french fries was tasting very bad.

My stay at hotel arnisa was very pleasant. The amenities here are excellent, and the view from the room was also great. The staff is extremely polite and well-mannered, they are the key to the hotel’s success. All the staff members have a very good nature. The food was also good.

It was a very good experience at arnisa. The food service and overall experience was very good. Service was up to the mark. Terrace was also the cherry on top. Had there been gym, it would have been a perfect for someone who likes to workout during vacation.
