Poor infrastructure quality. No water available at hotel for a bath due to motor burnout. Room quality was average and so was food quality but we took that into the stride, but when now water available for toilet flush and bathing for some flimsy reason, it was a non starter. My suggestion.. avoid

unfortunately, my experience is far from pleasant. The biggest issue was the lack of water throughout the stay, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Despite several complaints, the staff didn’t seem to care or make any efforts to resolve the situation.

There were some issues in water supply. For a room with rent so expensive, basic service like water supply should be there. though food was good all throughout.

Rosetum services are bad.Bedsheets dirty, water tap not working that too in Deluxe room. Management needs an upgrade in skills.

We have just returned from our trip and found this property a fantastic choice for stay in Kasauli. We stayed in a premium category Room, the view from the room was amazing. The room was well furnished and clean. There was a balcony attached to the room. It was pretty cold outside but the room heating was excellent and we were very comfortable when indoors. The complimentary breakfast was very good. As the number of guests in the hotel during our stay was less, they did not have a buffet spread, but the restaurant offered us a wide range of choices and almost everything one can have in a buffet. The view from the terrace restaurant is also fantastic. There are several other view points in the hotel from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the hills around and a wonderful sunset. The staff were very helpful and smiling. Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel for stay in Kasauli based on our experience.
