"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Rosetum. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. the pool, spa, or restaurant, were outstanding and added so much value to my visit. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore. I look forward to returning in the future!"

Nice experience, Beyond Excellence!! Kudos to the team to make the stay a memorable one!! Kasauli was what it was due to the resort we chose to stay in Rosetum has all of it that one would need in a hill station. Just go there and relax for 2 days without going out much to discover the magic! Go for it!! Thanku guys very polite and friendly. Team Front-Office great.

The place was much suited to my expectations. I booked Queen Jacuzzi room which was good value for money. Found hotel employees quite supportive, they treat you with great smile for anything and everything you deal with. Kids area was a blast. My children enjoyed to the fullest. Prompt room service made our stay very comfortable.

Nice all staff food location and good all. We had conference for 6days at this property. They managed well everything. They properly setup and arranged everything with very professional way. After conference we enjoyed DJ . Enjoyed the beuty of kasauli with tea from Terrace . This property have very good space to enjoy your stay ...

However, despite its charm, certain basic amenities fell short of expectations, which was disappointing, especially considering the standards typically associated with Rosetum Kasauli. Several issues stood out during the stay. The plugs in the room were non-functional, which was an inconvenience for charging devices or using electrical appliances. Additionally, the hairdryer provided was not working, adding to the discomfort. The buffet selection was another letdown, offering very limited choices that did not align with the quality and variety one would anticipate from a reputed establishment like this. While the property’s scenic beauty is undoubtedly a major highlight, the lack of attention to these essential amenities detracted from the overall experience. Guests expect a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and functionality, and these shortcomings marred what could have been a perfect stay. It’s hoped that the management addresses these concerns promptly to uphold the brand's reputation and ensure a more enjoyable experience for future visitors.

The name "ROSETUM" itself is attractive & catchy which perhaps means ROSEBUD, a symbol of love. The location is unmatched. If you are searching a place with calmness n serenity, it is the right address. One can have a view of entire Kasauli from the terrace or lawn. It has a well equipped gym, spa, swimming pool, kids zone and a big restaurant. The terrace outside tge dining hall is worth seeing . It has nice ambience. Room service, housekeeping and all services are excellent. Being a foodie, i liked their menu a lot. Have had sumptuous meals. I will give them 10 out of 10 .
