空調系統衹有冷風，五月衹給薄毯子，晚上很冷。前台很好，把自己用的煤油暖氣給我們用，但是在房子裏用太危險，不敢用。浴室下水道不通暢。有游泳池和桑拿室，不錯。但沒有去用。

Bellissimo e accogliente resort sulle colline del lago di Garda. L' hotel ha delle stanze molto spaziose e luminose, pulitissime e provviste di tutto l'occorrente. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente. La colazione è abbondante e con prodotti dolci e salati. L'area wellness è ben predisposta e ampia, con una bella piscina. Si possono prenotare massaggi di vario tipo con Irene, una massaggiatrice molto brava e professionale che ti fa rilassare alla grande! Peccato per il tempo inclemente che non ha permesso di godere della stupenda piscina nel giardino. Cani bene accetti. Consigliato.

Magnifico Resort , vicinissimo al lago , struttura curata nei minimi dettagli , camera spaziosa e pulita !! Parcheggio comodo compreso nel prezzo , esattamente davanti alla camera . SPA interna all’hotel veramente bella , ottimi anche i messaggi proposti . Colazione veramente unica con vista piscina , veramente ben assortita ! Consigliato ! Ci rivedremo sicuramente

Hotel davvero fantastico, un’esperienza oltre ogni aspettativa. Le camere sono ampie, super spaziose e curate nei minimi dettagli, pulitissime e con ogni comfort, anche oltre il necessario. Ogni esigenza è soddisfatta grazie alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza dello staff, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, perfetta per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza dubbio!

La struttura si compone di tante suite, e cioè mini-appartamenti molto spaziosi, moderni, puliti. La nostra suite constava di un ampio soggiorno con terrazza vista piscina, ingresso, bagno e camera da letto altrettanto spaziosa. Tutto ciò che compete ad un vero quattro stelle. Ottima la spa con ambienti abbastanza ampi, zona tisane/frutta/relax, bagno turco/sauna puliti, ben tenuti. Non essendoci affollamento ci siamo goduti a pieno l’esperienza di relax. Grande sorpresa nel trovare il maestro di sauna, un esperto che ti fa vivere, accompagnato dalla musica, un’esperienza sensoriale all’interno di sauna e bagno turco. Hall scenografica, con terrazza godibile in estate. La colazione variegata, ricca ma più orientata sul salato.

Ottimo personale molto gentile, accogliente ci ha consigliato alcuni ristoranti nei dintorni vicino alla struttura, abbiamo mangiato molto bene, la sig. Imma alla accoglienza è stata carinissima, il portiere di notte Sig Emilio gentile e disponibile ritorneremo sicuramente ne vale anche per un week end.
