Everything was perfect. It's a well-located, pleasant, traditional building, very clean, and with adequate facilities for a short stay in Sofia. Breakfast is included, with toast, juice, coffee, yogurt, etc. Very complete. The best thing about the hotel is that the owner tells you about the country's history while you have breakfast, which is a very interesting experience because he speaks with passion and knows a lot about history. It's worth staying here just for that. A 10 for the host.

The host Ludwil was very warm and friendly. He provided very good insights and historical information about Bulgaria and Sofia. Too bad we didn't know he also operates guided tours, otherwise we would have booked a tour with him. Location is ideal as it is within walking distances to the main tourist sites in Sofia. Parking can be a hassle if one does not know the streets well, plus the need to scrap off various tabs on the parking coupons to commence parking.

La amabilidad del dueño, siempre dispuesto y con una sonrisa, es encantador. Estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada en todo momento, e incluso días antes ya nos proporcionó información útil sobre como llegar. Nos explicó la historia de Bulgaria durante los desayunos, y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas, cuanto conocimiento! La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Poder disponer de café y té es un lujo, así como poder hacer uso de la nevera para enfriar el agua. El desayuno consistía en un bollo típico búlgaro, con zumo, café o té y yogur con muesli. El apartamento está a un paseíto corto del centro.

This place is the best! Nearby are: grocery store, ATM, pharmacy, pizza place and main streets leading to the city center. The apartment is exceptionally clean, and is sort of like a combination of a hostel and a boutique-hotel—has three ensuite rooms, a large living/dining area, and complete kitchen, with triple filtered drinking water, cooking options, a big fridge you can store your own food in, and a delicious breakfast prepared every morning by the host. He can also organize day trips and give you a detailed history of Bulgaria. The apartment has furnishings from the host’s ancestors (very lovely) and the bathrooms are very nice, with a good strong shower. On the wall are the awards and citations they have received over the years from various places, including TripAdvisor. I highly recommend this B&B!

Un petit bed & breakfast très bien situé, proche du centre de Sofia et à proximité de bus et du tramway, très facile d’accès petit déjeuner varié avec un hôte, Ludmil, très accueillant et bienveillant qui nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur Sofia. Les chambres sont basiques mais très convenables. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

A very comfortable b&b in the heart of beautiful Sofia. It's within walking distance of everything. It was warm when I was there and the air conditioning worked well. The street is quiet, the breakfasts were excellent, and Ludmil is an informative and very helpful host. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Sofia.

In der Unterkunft hat alles gepasst, auch die Details, alles bestens. Die Zimmer sind sauber, hochwertig und geräumig. In Ludmils B&B fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Nous avons contacté Casa Ferrari pour faire une excursion vers le Monastère de Rila, depuis Sofia. C'était super. Ludmil est un guide passionné, il nous a raconté l'histoire du pays et de toute la région pendant le trajet. En plus, sa voiture est très confortable, on n'a pas vu le temps passer. Pour nous, c'était mieux que d'autres excursions à Sofia car on s'est aussi arrêté à l'église de Boyana. Et nous avons fait une pause dans un restaurant au bord de l'eau, dans les montagnes. Ludmil nous a conseillé de délicieuses spécialités Bulgares: salade, poisson et bien sûr yaourt bien épais avec de la confiture maison. Un régal! Ludmil a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous a donné pleins de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Il est attentionné et très agréable. Son anglais est impeccable. Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à nous comprendre. Et l'organisation a été très simple. Son site internet est très clair. Bref, on a passé une excellente journée.

Super Unterkunft zur Erkundung von Sofia!
Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden.
