The hotel is very old, the price is not cheap, the sound insulation is extremely poor, you can hear the water flowing from the water pipe below when flushing the toilet above, the front desk service is OK. The breakfast is very average! Not worth the price!

The air conditioner in the room didn't work, it was stuffy, the breakfast quality was very poor, the drinks were mixed and had an indescribable taste, and the attitude of the front desk staff was also average

For family trip , location is center, near by metro therefore you can visit all places that needed. It was our pleasure to stay there and having quality time with family.
Only thing is , breakfast doesn’t not have that much options but is enough to feed you stomach for daily rutine.

First of all, Trip.com should not allow these kind of hotels offers for rooms with breakfast with just literally, salami, coffee and bread. No fruits at all, no eggs, no other things that my toddler can eat. You guys should refund me for what I pay extra for the breakfast. I even reprimanded the hotek staff for what kind of breakfast offer was that? It’s a big joke!!!
Yes location is ok and that’s it. Please do not ever book this hotel. They should be ***** out of the trip.com or any hotel booking app for Sofia travel. PLEASE. The worst breakfast I have seen in my yeara of travelling. Unbelievable.
