Small hotel in the heart of Sofia, a stone's throw from the Cathedral. Clean, comfortable and with a good continental breakfast. Cold and aseptic staff, not very empathetic and it almost seemed like we were a nuisance and not wanted customers. I definitely recommend it for its location and cleanliness, but not the staff.

The hotel is about half of a mile from the city center and is located on small side streets. The rooms are a bit tired and could use some up keep. When we drove up at night, the hotel did not look very inviting. I thought the cab driver drove us to the wrong hotel because it didn't look like the pictures. The person at the front desk was very rude, not friendly, and a bit sarcastic when we asked where the elevator was located. We were meeting 3 other couples and we all independently had the same experience. The room was average with very weak wifi. They had to give us a different login for improved wifi. The buffet breakfast was average with basic options. They had very limited fresh fruit options. I had to resort to eating the canned cherries.

3-night stay: excellent location to walk to most sites in the historic core of Sofia, with an efficient staff, clean room and comfortable furniture and mattress. Best rooms don't face the street -- ours was facing a quiet residential area, no street. We didn't try the buffet breakfast as several small restaurants were only a 5-minute walk away. No grab bar in the shower/tub combination and it's a high tub to step into.

Decisamente un ottimo hotel in centro e a 10’ a piedi dal cuore di Sofia. Colazione impeccabile. Personale poco empatico, i bulgari sono davvero rudi e asettici, mamma mia. Unico neo, non puoi darmi un letto matrimoniale in una camera superior con due materassi separati.

All-in-all a good deal. The hotel is near central Sofia, just off one of the main streets. I notified in advance that i would be arriving early, and that I would like to check in, and was told that this would depend on availibility, and when I did arrive, I was given a room. The room was comfortable, and had what I needed: comfortable bed, AC, closet, safe, desk, kettle and mini-bar. Breakfast was very good, including fresh veggies and fruit.

Very good hotel with parking (paid) and good location close to Alexander Nevski cathedral. If you're a tourist with a car, it's worth to try it. Relatively peaceful part, a street away from the main road, so the noise wasn't bad. Breakfast bit more expensive, but was really good.
