L'albergo ha molti aspetti positivi a mio avviso: camere silenziose, si dorme molto bene, posizione ottima si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi senza dover prendere i mezzi pubblici. La cattedrale dista non più di 10 minuti a piedi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, spazi molto comodi dove poter lavorare da soli o organizzare meeting. Ho notato infatti che è molto utilizzato dalle persone per incontri di lavoro o per persone che lavorano da remoto. Il quartiere in cui si trova è tranquillo e pieno di alberi e vegetazione, ci si sente al sicuro la sera quando si passeggia ed è vicino a forni, bar, supermercato . Le persone alla reception sono state sempre molto attente e disponibili. Una nota speciale di merito per il portiere di notte Theodor che ci ha aiutato con incredibile gentilezza e simpatia a risolvere un piccolo problema. Unica nota negativa che sento di segnalare è la housekeeper che non si è dimostrata molto attenta nel pulire la nostra camera durante la nostra permanenza (letto rifatto male, bagno non pulito adeguatamente )anche se al nostro arrivo la camera era perfettamente pulita. Nel complesso ci ritornerei e lo consiglio. Non trovo giusto che per la disattenzione di una singola persona, il lavoro egregio di tutto lo staff ne risenta.

Frequento questo hotel dal 2019, vi sono stato molte volte. Vicinissimo al Teatro dell'opera dove mi reco quasi ogni anno. Confermo la bontà della struttura, tuttavia in un recente soggiorno di tre notti ho dovuto con tristezza constatare: 1) la carenza di pulizia nella stanza (sotto il letto si toccava letteralmente un tappeto di polvere depositata da molto tempo) mal curata nella quotidiana visita degli addetti, 2) l'esiguità dell'offerta per la colazione che pure non viene regalata e tuttavia viene pagata 10 volte il suo valore. Peccato. Sembra una struttura in declino. Speriamo si riprenda.
