definitely not a 5 star.
rude employees, reception always empty, breakfast with the bare minimum, poor cleaning in 3 days they never cleaned the floor or removed the dust, the second day they didn't even change the towels. also I asked if I could do a late checkout and I was told only for a fee. and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel???

Rooms are spacious. Amenities are sufficient such as shampoo, shower gel and slippers. Breakfast has many choices. Reception helped us print the boarding pass, very helpful and friendly.
