new building, very clean, friendly staff, good quality of sleep, quiet, limited variety in the breakfast buffet though. 5 min walk from the metro station. 4 stations from Sofia city center. Close to Paradise center mall and supermarket BILLA.

One of the best luxury hotels in Sofia. Stayed there twice and will use again. The rooms are very stylish with all modern conveniences, comfortable beds and linen. Also, nice staff. Very near the Paradise Mall and the Sofia underground. Finally, great value for money!

This hotel is new, but unfortunately comes with several odd and impractical features. While the room was clean and comfortable, there was a strong glue odor, likely from the new carpet, which was so intense it irritated the lungs. Opening the window did little to alleviate the smell. The lighting setup in the room was particularly strange, with a blue motion-activated light positioned directly above the bed. It would turn on with even the slightest movement, creating a disco-like effect in the dark. If the intention was to assist guests at night, it would have made more sense to place the light at floor level. Additionally, the hallway light had no separate switch, meaning you had to turn off the light using the main switch. The bedding was also problematic, with one small and one very oddly large pillow, neither of which were comfortable. While the room had an espresso machine and a water kettle, there were only small espresso cups—no proper cups for tea. Breakfast was one of the most unusual experiences. Due to the lack of guests, there was no buffet, only three pre-set breakfast plates. I chose the “fitness breakfast,” which turned out to be four types of cereal with plain yogurt or warm milk. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, but it seems there are too few of them to effectively manage such a large hotel.
