Съездила сюда сегодня не прочитав предварительно отзывы, к сожалению. На КПП вышли барыги, разговаривают на тюремном из 90-х. Впервые встретилась с таким позорным сервисом, и с такими людьми. Пожив в разных регионах нашей страны: Москва, Рязань, Екатеринбург, Краснодар, Крым, и тд. НО ТАКОЕ Я ВСТРЕТИЛА ВПЕРВЫЕ!!! Буду отговаривать друзей, знакомых и клиентов от этого места! Ребят, ВЫ ХУДШИЕ это абсолютно однозначно 👆 🆘Снимите вывеску! вы позор, а не Родина!

Худшее место для проведения мероприятия. Место красивое, но всë портит персонал. Некорректное, с одолжением, отношение банкетного менеджера. Осадок от того, что после праздника оставили себе наши личные вещи. Мы разбираться даже не стали. Брезгливо всë это...

Spa for 3+ - only 1 sauna and then in the locker room - OUTDOOR POOL WITHOUT HEATING The most important thing is the prices. Not because there is no way to pay, but because it’s probably just not nice, or what else to call it, selling rooms and services at prices that do not correspond to their level, and small things, such as inflatable toys sold in spas for 10,000 rubles when their cost is 1,500. And this approach applies to everything. Many hotels in Sochi have raised prices, but when reading the reviews, one must take into account that the majority (or not a small part) of guests travel on vouchers from the department to which the Hotel, or more correctly, the Sanatorium, belongs. .

Excellent hotel! The service is excellent. The staff is very attentive and any issue is resolved instantly. My husband even asked several times “why are they so intimidated?”🤣 Everything suited me. And the massage was wonderful. And swimming coach Pavel did a great job with my daughter 👏 We were very pleased. Thank you and all the best! If the spa also had a jacuzzi and a Turkish Bath, you wouldn’t have the price.
