В период когда мало гостей в отеле вечером не работал НИ ОДИН ресторан. Видимо, те, кто хочет отдохнуть от суеты и людей, должны отдыхать исключительно когда отель полный.
Спа средний. Массаж по меркам Москвы вообще лениво-никакой.
Сам отель и территория очень чистые, ухоженные, видно что стараются, могут и хотят.
Сами номера … опять же с точки зрения чего смотреть. Если сравнивать с санаториями в Сочи - да, все красиво и интересно. Если с аналогичными по цене отелями 5 звезд - ну санузел точно оставляет желать лучшего.

Плюсы: * Прекрасный персонал. Внимательный, услужливый, отзывчивый и оперативный. Портье помогал искать утерянную карточку, горничная, несмотря на ночное время, пришла в номер буквально через минуту после обращения * Отличное меню, доступное 24 часа в сутки. Качество и вкус на высоте. * Красивая территория Минусы: *Немного устаревшие номера. Думаю, что их стоит обновить современными деталями, возможно, передекорировать. * И самый большой минус - это кондиционер, подключенный к общей системе, с невозможностью отрегулировать температуру. Так как в апреле еще отопительный сезон, то кондиционер дует теплым воздухом! Вы можете его убавить или прибавить, однако добиться хотя бы 20° в комнате невозможно. Для тех, кто не может спать в духоте, это существенный недостаток.

Съездила сюда сегодня не прочитав предварительно отзывы, к сожалению. На КПП вышли барыги, разговаривают на тюремном из 90-х. Впервые встретилась с таким позорным сервисом, и с такими людьми. Пожив в разных регионах нашей страны: Москва, Рязань, Екатеринбург, Краснодар, Крым, и тд. НО ТАКОЕ Я ВСТРЕТИЛА ВПЕРВЫЕ!!! Буду отговаривать друзей, знакомых и клиентов от этого места! Ребят, ВЫ ХУДШИЕ это абсолютно однозначно 👆 🆘Снимите вывеску! вы позор, а не Родина!

Худшее место для проведения мероприятия. Место красивое, но всë портит персонал. Некорректное, с одолжением, отношение банкетного менеджера. Осадок от того, что после праздника оставили себе наши личные вещи. Мы разбираться даже не стали. Брезгливо всë это...
