Отдыхаем в отеле с 1.04 по 5.04, 2 взр + 1 ребенок. Из плюсов: - хорошие номера с прекрасным видом, все необходимое в номере есть. Качество уборки нормальное, если чего-то не хватало- горничная докладывала ( закончилась наша зубная паста-сразу же пополнили запасы); - быстрое заселение. Приехали раньше на 2 часа, заселили сразу же, тк номер был готов. Приветливые сотрудники на ресепшен; - отличное расположение - все рядом, самый центр, вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов, городские парки и набережная; - прекрасные завтраки - выбор блюд самый разнообразный, все вкусное. Официант предлагает дополнительные блюда на заказ. Но нам и так всего хватает:) Из минусов: - мрачновато в местах общего пользования- при заезде не сразу сообразили где ресепшен, уж больно аскетично все выглядит. Коридор до номера очень не уютный, мрачный. Хотелось бы больше света; - в номере нет внутреннего замка в сан узле. Для двоих взрослых это не принципиально, а вот для семей с детьми весьма не удобно; - шторы. Закрыть полностью нормально не удается. Ткань жесткая, скомкана, всегда остается какой-нибудь просвет; - ужасный местный ресторан на первом этаже. Очень долгое ожидание (более получаса), весьма посредственное исполнение блюд (паста была холодной при подаче, салат собран на скорую руку и все ингредиенты как будто по-отдельности друг от друга), его однозначно не рекомендую; - шумно ночью. Это скорее минус расположения в центре, тк недалеко оживленный перекресток и очень слышно местных лихачей на авто и мотоциклах; - бассейн на 16 этаже - очень маленький и скучный. Но тут нужно отметить - все очень чисто, полотенца без ограничений, прекрасный вид; открытый бассейн работает с мая по сентябрь, в наше пребывание его только подготавливали к сезону; Подводя итог, могу сказать, что Pullman - отличный вариант городского отеля с хорошими номерами и прекрасными завтраками. Идеально подойдет для короткого пребывания - 3-5 дней.

Понравилось все! Прекрасный отель! на начальном этапе бронирования было самое внимательное отношение к моим запросам, при заезде нас встретил вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, это очень важно, заселили раньше, за что огромное спасибо! Внукам подарили по подарочку( змейки, год змеи же наступал) Номер прекрасный, большой, все необходимое есть . Отдельная благодарность горничным, которые тщательно и с учетом наших пожеланий убирали наш номер. Мы были с собачкой, ей принесли комплимент) от магазина Четыре лапы, для нас тоже был комплимент в номере) , за такое внимание благодарю отель от всего сердца.Как вы поняли, уже из таких мелочей не может не сложиться самое положительное впечатление. Завтрак выше всех похвал! Свободные столы в пиковые дни загрузки( мы были с 29 декабря по 2 января), не кончающейся ассортимент блюд. Все свежее, вкусное, разнообразное. Никто не останется равнодушным и голодным. По запросу варят кофе согласно пожеланиям.Несколько раз заказывали ужин в номер, остались довольны!Спа на 16 м этаже с видами, не передать ! Вода теплая , комфортная, народу не много. Мы уже начали планировать свою поездку на следующий Новый Год! Не влюбиться в этот замечательный отель просто невозможно! Всем огромнейшее спасибо за наш прекрасный комфортный отдых!!

from the 1st moment will feel well welcomed. the room was big and very clean with an amazing view on the sea. As usual we received an upgrade, which is always appreciable. The mattress / bed was SUPER comfortable ; thank you that you offer us a late check out, because it was so difficult to leave it. the dinner at the restaurant Sel Marin was a pleasant experience with an extremely dedicated staff and a special thanks for the cake for a friend birthday.

Отличный отель . Жили на 13 этаже. Рядом с ландж зоной. Номер большой просторный. Есть балкон с мебелью вид на город хотя море и порт видно отлично. В номере все есть кофе, чай, сливки. Рум сервиз работает оперативно.. На крыше спа зона бассейн, хамам,сауна.

Очень все уютно,рекомендую однозначно. Приветливый персонал. Все очень красиво. Один из самых лучших отелей в Сочи,рядом с морем,прекрасные виды на море и яхты .Всегда солидные хорошие соседи.Очень нравится этот отель,не первый раз уже здесь.

Месторасположение отличное- главные достопримечательности все в шаговой доступности. Потрясающий вид на город и море, в зависимости от номера. Прекрасные завтраки- всё и на любой вкус. К сожалению, отель уже устал и морально устарел- очень аскетичные ванные, в которых недостаточно света, грязное ковровое покрытие в номере- не хочется разуваться.

Сейчас проживаем в номере 908. Сегодня 6 июля 2024 г. Семья из трех человек. Номер стоит 45 тыс. в сутки с видом на море. Не поверите - подушка рваная......как такое возможно в отеле 5 звезд? На ресепшн мы сказали- там извинились конечно и подушку поменяли - но осадок недосервиса остался. За границей такого не встречали. Считаем сервис за такие деньги должен быть безупречным. Кроме того зачем то забрали из номера винные бокалы- в то время как на столе находится неполная бутылка вина, которую мы купили.
