Понравилось все! Атмосфера, персонал, номер, еда, Процедуры! Обязательно вернусь, что бы пройти курсом оздоровительные процедуры от настоящих Мастеров!!! Юлия, Мунна, Яна, Наташеньки!!! и весь персонал, огромная благодарность за чудесный отдых и перезагрузку!

Номера очень хорошие, удобное расположение. Что не понравилось -завтраки однообразные, официанты не очень приветливые. Сервис на троечку. Особое внимание хочу уделить оздоровительному центру. тут надо ваше бдение , ибо записываться нужно в рецепшн отеля, иначе вы не попадете ни на одну процедуру, которую вам конкретно назначил специалист. Интернет работает плохо. Обеды дорогие, а магазинов поблизости нет. Такси не всегда находят этот отель. Думаю мой отзыв пригодится для администрации, чтобы постарались учесть недочеты..

В июне этого года, я забронировала Проживание с 19 по 26 августа , заранее внесла предоплату и обговорила что в номере с большой кроватью ( который я забронировала) проживать я буду с детьми , администратор сказала что если мы не берём дополнительные завтраки и место, то за детей доплачивать не надо, жили как обычно приятно удивляясь сервису, не первый раз гости виллы, но думаю последний, выезжали мы 26 августа , у детей началась рвота, и я быстро собралась оставила ключи в номере и уехала, через час мне набрала администратор Анастасия и начала отчитывать , что я не принесла ключи на ресепшн , я извинилась объяснила ситуацию , Мы ничего не сломали не украли , не порвали, на что Анастасия сказала что один полотенец очень грязный и белье постельное испачкано, и это порча имущества, и за этот полотенец надо заплатить, на мои возражения , она пошла уточнять у управляющей является это порчей имущества или нет, в течении двух часов со мной так никто и не связался, я перезвонила , уточнить , что сказала управляющая, на что мне практически впрямую сказали , что дело не в полотенцах, а в том что я не доплачивала за детей, хотя заранее это было оговорено и нам сказали что за детей доплата не нужна, еду домой с испорченным настроением(

была в этом отеле второй раз в декабре 2021г. Очень тихое спокойное место, хорошие комнаты, завтрак заказывают, здоровая пища. Хорошее обслуживание , есть возможность сделать , массаж тела и лица. И особая расслабляющая процедура в ванне.Рядом тропа здоровья.
