The Gold star employee is hotel Manager Alexander , Silver star employee restaurant Manager Egor and star employee who names Kate , She is senior Housekeeper. They are the real heroes of the hotel, they deserve appreciation for their service, positive approach, and outstanding effort to solve problems. Normally, a star becomes a star in a workplace, and he or she saves that business, but when two star employees come together, they save the country. In rare cases, if three star employees come across the same shift, they can change the whole world with their excellent service and friendly approach.
