The stay has been very good. The staff is very attentive and the facilities are in very good condition. I would go back and recommend it.

Only paid £170 for 7 nights for an economy room but there is no where on the website, theirs or trip.com telling you they are in the middle of refurbishing. This meant no hot tub or indoor pool available and loud drilling noises at 8.30 on the Sunday morning for at least an hour until we went out. Though our room was economy I still expect it to be serviceable but the shower door was missing making the floor very wet and dangerous. We asked to be moved but we're told just to put plenty of towels down. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel???? The TV was not working on arrival and took 2 days to get fixed and one door of wardrobe was hanging off with 2 of the 4 hinges ripped out. Overall was a disappointing stay. Had we known it was being refurbished before we booked we would have found an alternative. A bit of transparency needed.

I stayed for several days at both the Victoria Hotel and visit the connected by the rooftop, their sister hotel The Palace. You have to start with the fact that these are not 4* and 5* hotels. Perhaps they were when they opened 20 years ago, today it is a maximum of 3* and 3.5*. They are simply dated, you can see it and smell it. If we are aware of it, almost everything else is ok: very friendly service (special thanks to the nice, elderly man at the reception), tasty and varied breakfasts, cozy swimming pools and rooftop bar. The quality of cleaning the rooms needs improvement, the location of the rooms is cruicial (avoid rooms from the driveway for deliveries, unless you like to hear knocks and screams from 6am onwards). And the price: if you manage to find an offer up to 100e / day, that's ok, above that is not worth it.

I was so grateful for the room upgrade, but it was right in front of the elevator and when I left the bathroom door open, the smell of the sewer was so bad. Still, it was nice to have a cookie-like service. The staff were very friendly and the spa was great. ㅊr별 인지는 모르겠지만 늦게온 ㅅr람들은 다 ㅊㅔ크인 해주던데 우ㄹi만 물어보기전까지 안해줌. 방 ㅂrl정도 순수한 업그레이드인지 의심스러움. 그 정도로 ㅎr수구 냄새 심했음. 그ㄹrl도 몇명 빼곤 다 친절하게 해주었음.

Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable bedding. Good breakfasts in the form of a very generous buffet. Pleasant hotel swimming pool dug into the rock by the sea with an outdoor bar and snack bar for lunch. Very satisfactory stay overall. However, a new decoration of the common areas and restaurants seems desirable to me, because for the moment the hotel is certainly comfortable and of good quality but without charm.

Hotel with good potential given the location and the rooms. Unfortunately on the first day we couldn't take a shower because brown water came out. We had a problem with the pipes, a pet attendant arrived to let the water out but after hours with the tap open they had only wasted a lot of water without solving the problem. At night and early in the morning I was woken up by the strong smell of cooking which probably came from the air conditioner. Nauseating smell! This problem has also not been resolved. When asking for help at reception they said there was nothing they could do! Sin

Excellent value for money with breakfast included, outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes walk away, ferry to Valletta right opposite, super convenient! Super friendly staff at the buffet and reception, as well as the cleaning team. The only downside is the poor insulation: you hear every door slam as soon as someone leaves. But overall I am very happy with this hotel.

The room is bigger than expected and very clean. The only fly in the ointment is that I wish the lights could be brighter. The staff are also very enthusiastic and gave a lot of travel suggestions. Recommend to everyone!

The Hotel was clean, unfortunately my room was very noisy as it was off the kitchen all I could hear was banging doors all morning, people talking & stomping around, there is also construction going on in neighbouring buildings. my bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my back so had a pretty terrible sleep, this place needs some updating & modernising. The location was great walking distance to everything.
