The room was nice and clean, but when I checked in I got a room that smelled of cigarettes, even though I had ordered a non-smoking one. Every time I order Crombolini it's always not available :( I've ordered it twice on different days, it still says it's not available

super enjoy staying here, the environment is quite calm. You can get a view of the lake/river with lots of fish, there are satay and meatballs around in the afternoon so you don't have to worry about looking for food, the environment is also quite beautiful, and breakfast is quite varied and delicious

This is the longest and most satisfying hotel I have stayed at during this trip to Yogyakarta. The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel swimming pool is clean and the scenery is unparalleled. You can see the volcano both during breakfast and in the swimming pool, and you can take beautiful photos. The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is the best choice for traveling with children. The bed in the room is quite big and there is a super large bay window. It is convenient to eat in the city. Go to the street and turn right. Not far away, there is a small shop with halal dishes and beef soup. The steak is super delicious and cheap. I really want to go again! One of the pictures is the volcano taken in the room, which can only be taken in the morning when the weather is good.

All the staff here is very friendly, location is ok. The problem is the rooms, the rooms needs a lot of renovations and improvements starting from the dirt stained carpets, the mattress, the door is hard to open, and last the bidet’s water has an unpleasant smells, some amenities already rusty and can do some upgrade about the breakfast and interior.
