Only drawback was that we needed to pay immediately each time we ordered room service and food at the pool side. Couldn't sign it to the room and settle it upon check-out just like other hotels.

TTri_MI stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead.
But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician.
But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either.
Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta.
But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

AAyub NatanaelMs. Indah & Ms. Bertha the receptionist who helped during check-in process also Mr. Isdiono the security was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The other hotel staffs I've met such as the chef, room boy, and the office worker also very friendly and helpful. As this hotel has a very large area, sometimes you may ask direction to the hotel staff. This hotel is new so the room condition is super good, comfortable, and clean. The pillow was very big, soft, and comfy. Each non-smoking guest room features a flat-screen HDTV, coffee/ tea maker, mini-refrigerator, desk, sleeper sofa, safe, slippers, robes, bath products, hair dryer, bottled water, and a very fast wi-fi connection. Beside this hotel there is Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference and Sooji the instagrammable restaurant. Stay active with jogging and BMX tracks, a gym, outdoor pool, and outdoor children's play area. JJTtops7The hotel is in a good location with a good swimming pool with a descent breakfast. Old towels , toilets seats, shower seals, etc so it needs maintenance seriously. The welcome was good but requests for any additional service were not welcome.

AAnonymous UserRoom was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

1. Check-in fast: staff is nice
2. Hygiene is terrible: blood stain, ink stain found at the beding and pillows. Cleaning staff well trained to hide the stain. 2 nights slept with the blood stained bedding. Towel is dirty, can't use.
3. Room: curtains cannot block sun light, will make you wake up at 6 in the morning. Room sound proof needs improvement, balcony door is locked BUT with gap, street sound directly comes in.
4. Spa: menu at the room with each service price listed. BUT the ridiculous spa reception informed minimum charge 320,000 IDR no matter which section you chose.
5. Location is fair, close to all.

GGuest UserI was staying for 8 nights in this hotel and my son was very happy staying there, all of the staff were very friendly and very polite, whenever I needed something they responded very quickly, food was always delicious and what make me happy the most is my son always eat properly when I bought the food from the hotel cause he is a very fussy eater, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Jogja. Thank you 🙏

IIndra Suryo WicaksonoA hotel with an old building located in Kaliurang, if your goal is the Lava Merapi Tour then this is a highly recommended hotel.
The rooms are clean and spacious although there needs to be an improvement in the quality of some items in the bathroom.
Overall this is a very good hotel for its price range.
