This hotel is beautiful, very clean, great food and service. The pool area is nice and they look after you putting umbrellas up and giving you nice towels. Great to have its own private beach too. It was my birthday and they delivered chocolates all wrapped up nicely to the room, lovely touch.

The beach was nice and the employees at the beach service was great. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good, some of the waiters forgot very easy the order. Room keeping not good. Very bad cleaning and slow. Sink and floor wasn't cleaned for several days. Tissues, mini bar and glasses was not refilled when empty. To delay the check out time from 11 was very pricey, should have been free when one had paid so much for the room. They demanded 15 Euro pr hour after normal check out.

My wife and I are just back home after a one week stay here with Jet2. I really don't understand some of the reviews about this Hotel , first of all there are comments about it not being a 5 Star Hotel, why are you surprised at that when you're Not Paying 5 Star Prices to stay here ? There are also comments about how Expensive the Drinks are , again it's a Hotel and Hotel Drinks are Always Expensive compared to a Bar round the corner. The Hotel is Big and Very Clean and Modern , every single member of staff we had contact with were Brilliant. Pleasant, Professional and Friendly, our room (141) was Great, a Large Double with balcony and Sea View, kept brilliantly clean by our lovely housekeeping lady. The pool and beach areas were very clean, well maintained with plenty of Sun Loungers. The Hotel is Definitely not what I would call 5 Star, a Good 4 Star + but not 5. The thing letting it down in our opinion is the Restaurant, Breakfast to be fair is fine, plenty of choice for everyone. Dinner on the other hand is another matter, it's a Buffet for all 3 course and to be fair the freshness and quality were fine , some of the dishes were a bit random but perfectly edible. As stated on numerous occasions they do not provide "Tap Water" at the table so you need to pay €9 for a large bottle, which isn't good at all. The worst thing about the Dinner Buffet are the Crowds and Rude Guests, to say it resembles a Bun Fight is an Understatement. We ate in the Restaurant every evening as like I said there was nothing wrong with the Food it was just not A la Carte. I honestly don't know what the answer is as the Hotel is so Big the only workable option is a Buffet. We would return no problem but only on a B&B Basis .

We just came back from our holiday. 2 Adults with Half board. Pros: - Amazing weather - Get 12 Slano bus to old town dubrovnik (takes about 50mins), ask the hotel receptionist for the time table. To get back from old dubrovnik go out of the castle, get the 1A,1B or 3 bus to the main station, from there you can get the no. 12 bus and it’s the last stop back to the hotel. - In general alright staff - Reception staff was very helpful - GO ON THE CABLE CARS Cons: - If it wasn’t for our private transfer we wouldn’t have known about the dubrovnik pass (LOOK ONLINE) which is 100% worth it. To walk the old dubrovnik city walls it costs €35 for an adult while, in the pass its included and other museums. - Would’ve been good to know that for breakfast we don’t have to pay for drinks but for dinner we do. - Dinner was alright - nothing too special General information: - BRING SUNCREAM (it costs €17 euros near the hotel shops) - If you have a late flight like we did and have to checkout early, you are able to change and shower in the spa area. - No point drinking from the mini-bar in the rooms as there are supermarkets area the hotel - There are couple good restaurants around the hotel. - For 1 cocktail you’re paying about €10 - Would recommend visiting the waterfall

We expected a restful and relaxed break before joining our cruise all with TUI. Hotel is fairly new and interior is clean and quite stylish. We had a double which we had been told had no balcony. It didn’t but it had long windows with shutters that had a lovely sea view when open. Bed comfortable and lots of room. First problem however was that the shower was over the bath and no slip mat despite asking for it. I struggled with this as the bath was quite high sided and worried about slipping and falling. Also steam damage above the shower as there is no extraction and has been painted over which has made it look shoddy. On our first day we had lunch which cost 35 euros for a bottle of sparking water, ham sandwich and a tuna salad. We thought this was very expensive. Ice creams were 6 euros, wine 7 euros a glass. Again we thought was expensive. We were booked on half board and food was a 7/10. Always something to eat but not very exciting. Staff in restaurant were friendly and plates cleared swiftly. The hotel for its size is soulless. No entertainment at all other than a small quartet until 9pm and a small Croatian band. That is it. No music around the pool - nothing. Added that is only two other bars within a mile of Slano means evenings are too quiet - for us anyway. The guests in the main are rude; a lot of couples with small children crying and kicking parents: one child cried for 3 hours so not as peaceful as we’d hoped. One afternoon locals were allowed on the beach and for 3 hours children were left to their own devices on the beach whilst their parents sat in sea on their phones! Hotel staff preferred them and seemed to have more interest in them than paying guests. Staff can be offish especially the one receptionist and then towel man. Also we were told we’d have a text about our cruise. Instead someone came into our room and put this on the table. This freaked me out a little as we’d not given them permission to access our room and felt that our privacy had been violated . Especially when our rooms hadn’t been serviced for two days!! Another issue that the hotel were advised about but to be honest the receptionist didn’t seem interested. There has also been an issue with the air con not working (there has been temps of 40 degrees) and when we informed the reception manager she told us we had to wait as the engineers had advised it would eventually regulate. It didn’t and the temp hasn’t been below 23.6 degrees. Lots that the hotel need to work on. Not a 5 star - 3 plus at best.

A localização é fabulosa, literalmente com os pés na água e muito tranquilo. Hotel bonito e moderno. O staff é bastante atencioso mas nunca intrusivo. Condições de higiene e limpeza exemplares. Buffet de pequeno almoço e jantar variado e de qualidade. A piscina é bastante limpa. Apoio de piscina atencioso. A voltar de certeza. Só tenho medo que muita gente conheça e depois não consigo voltar por lotação esgotada!

Horrible service, first they lied to us about the languages that they knew (we speak spanish and there was a woman in the reception who knew spanish but said she didn’t, so they didn’t even made the effort). They gave us a room that was not what we booked, and when we showed them everything they said that it was the companies fault and that they weren’t going to do ANYTHING, not even compensate us in another way. Also, they assured us that the manager was going to call and speak with us, still waiting on that call, we had to look for her around the hotel, I suppose they are not willing to help you even if you have paid for a service. The welcoming couldn’t have been worse.
